- Neighborhood number twelve: Jegi-dong. I can't describe how much this neighborhood has surprised and impressed me. It's home to Seoul's Medicine Market and Gyeongdong Market, one of Korea's most giant (unknown to foreigners) markets. It takes hours and hours to explore this place. The history is equally impressive. I learned that Seolleongtang, Korea's OX bone soup, originates from here, but there's more. Too much to describe here, so you should watch the video and enjoy Jegi's welcoming people, its medical herbs, and stamina-boosting products. Welcome to my dong.
12번째 동은 제기동입니다. 이 동이 얼마나 저를 놀라게 하고 감동을 주었는지 말로 설명하기도 힘들어요. 서울의 한약 시장과 한국에 대형 시장 중 하나인 경동시장(외국인들이 잘 모르는)이 있는 곳이기도 합니다. 하루종일 이 동네를 돌아다녀도 부족할 만큼 즐거운 곳이에요. 역사 또한 참으로 흥미롭습니다. 한국의 사골 국인 설렁탕도 이 곳에서 유래되었다고 하네요. 하지만 이게 다가 아닙니다. 너무 많은 것들이 이 곳에 있어요! 영상을 보며 너무 친절한 사람들과 스테미나를 충전시킬 한약재들을 구경하세요!
