The Zoom 65 V3 is currently in GB! This keyboard is jam-packed with features and options. There are seven mounting styles included with the kit, but the question I had was, do they actually sound/feel different, or is it a gimmick? I got my hands on a 1.6mm PCB and started testing them out. This video has sound tests for each mounting style with no foam, so you can determine for yourself if they are indeed different enough. gotta commend you on all the sound tests, definitely a pretty unreal volume of variety here, glad it sounds like there are a number of viable options. I’d suspect top mount and maybe the pogo pin mount as well would be more desirable with a softer plate, top mount with CF sounds pretty harsh to me, but it’s all preference at the end of the day.
Oh for sure. I wanted to swap plates, but for the sake of all things being equal. ♥️

Man they really took a page out of Matrix's book with that weight. It looks good but super familiar lol. Also that magnet mount is super bouncy. Surprised you aren't double hitting keys

It's cool that these more "entry" keyboards are getting better designed. Their designs now feel intentional, with interesting design features, as opposed to keeping designs minimal and inoffensive to keep costs low and to appeal to as wide of an audience as possible.
How does this compare with the neo65?
Unfortunately I haven't tried the neo65. They just sent me the ergo to build on steam, so I'll do that next week.
