I recently got a rumba for my cat, and while it does help with cat hair, sometimes it knocks the water dish over, so if you get one, you should put the water in a place that it can't get to.

@@RachelandJunAdventures ours is set to run at a certain time every morning so we pick up the food and water bowls before it runs, and set them back on the floor after. We've also noticed that some of them have different heights, for instance our last one had no problem picking up the cat litter, this one that we bought when that one died just flings it all over the place, and it's the same kind of litter. The two vacuums were different brands, and I don't know how you could check the height of where stuff gets sucked in, but we didn't even think to. We did get this new one as a specifically hard surface one, so maybe one that can also do carpet would have a better height if litter is still a concern if you decide to get one.

Whenever I watch Rachael and Jun, I forget I'm watching TH-cam. I always feel like I'm just catching up with an old friend. I think it's because Rachael is so happy and friendly. She draws you in with her positivity.
Other people would punish their cats when they break stuff, Jun and Rachel give them new stuff that they can't break.
Youre truly the best when it comes to cats, I'm so thankful that your cats got you.

Either "we deserve to rest" and "we deserve some rest" are fine. Rest can be a verb or noun.
Yep. In my mind the only difference is that "we deserve to rest" has a connotation of, "we deserve to be able to rest too"; whereas, "we deserve some rest" comes across more as a "job well done, rest is now deserved" type of statement. I'm not sure if that's officially correct or not, but it tends to be how people use it. How you say it overrides that slight difference though... so it was perfectly fine both ways here.

You can try wood pellets. They're heavy and can't get out. Also you can just dump it in recycle bin.
Wood pellets works great for me! Would never go back to using sand/clay litter and plus, theyre environmental friendly. They can also be flushed without causing sewage clogages
@@namminhtran300 I use a wood based clumping litter too. It's so good. No lingering smell and can flush it down the toilet. Only downside is that it tends to track. I do want to use pellets but I'm rather fond of clumping litter.

A roomba vacuum is very good for cleaning up fur I have a Alaskan malamute grey wolf mix and he sheds like crazy and the roomba helps the amount of fur around the house

I was surprised myself how busy the city was this last week with golden week. Last year I spent it in Tokyo and it was a lot less noticeable, but then again, that is always a busy city. Too bad about the rainy days I had only to get better again on the day I left for home.

Agreed. Though as Rachel was trying to convey, saying "deserve" about yourself is a bit presumptuous, even if true - normally you'd let other people say that about you. I'd just go with "We're exhausted" or "We need to/have to rest"

He’s such a sweet boy, too! He curls up right in my armpit every night to sleep and stays there the whole night. I love him to death!
You guys always know how to get great presents for your kitties and it’s so awesome you let them sniff and check it all out as soon as you open the gifts. I switched to those exact bowls for my cats and it had been the best thing ever for them. They don’t leave any food behind because of how easy it is for them to clean their plate. I also prop the bowls up similarly to what you did when stacking on the ceramic bowl. It really helps with the food getting to their tummies. And as always, your fur baby boys steal the show with their cuteness! 🥰

Hey Jun and Rachel! I have 3 cats of my own and I wanted to tell you how to keep the litter from sprawling all over! What I did was like you did put the litter in a cabinet then I put the cat litter tracks infront of they’re entrance/exit. Then when they had to jump out of the cabinet so they shook off all the litter when they jumped leaving the litter onto the mats that are in front of the entrance and exit. I hope this helps
