What we should all be angry about it the EPL and FA weak toothless implementation of the rules and writing a rule set with more holes than a colander. We should all be protesting the weakness as well.

Surprised so many are moaning about lack of signings! The euros are ending in 4 days time and then there will be a lot of buying & selling by many clubs including us. As for ramsey i havent seen much of him but he has injury history and we dont want any more sessegnons or players that suffer long term injuries so i would avoid him.
Giminez not proven in prem, ivan toney can find the net, and with our way of playing he can finish the chances

I commend the Jonathan Turner interview to you all. Anyone who feels that Spurs should mortgage the future for transient, short term success forgets our history when we were nearly bankrupted by bad board financial decisions (Irvine Scholar?). Increased revenue to feed the football side has to be the way forward, leveraging our wonderful stadium as a money generator

Lois Openda is obviously better than Jonathan David as he scores way more than 20 goals. He would tick the boxes for being a magnificent Kane long term successor. The other signings that Ange and Levy should make are Szymanski (who is on the verge of completing transfer to spurs), Doue, Fofana, Andre, Vanderson, Branthwaite, Dorgu and Garcia.

Average window for every club except Spurs, two best young players in Europe! Window will really kick off after Euros.
Seems underwhelming but I think that has more to do with the Euros than anything we are doing. We all hoped and expected us to fly out the gates making moves.
It seems that big clubs dont need scouting because they have spurs to do the Job and then offer more money for their targets

I wish spurs scouting were better. If we had the hits that Brighton scouting had the last few years, we would be talking about a title contender right now(since no need for selling)

The Ramsey deal almost seems like a way to get Lo Celso out more than Ramsey in .
If Eze comes in then either Son or Maddison will be on the bench , which with all the games we have next season may not be a bad thing .
We have to accept we can not compete with the clubs cheating the PSR rules and with bottomless pockets . We have to be smarter in our dealings rather than spending endless cash .

I suppose if we want Gio out the door, reuniting with Emery for the 2nd time would probably appeal to the both of them. He won't be that great of a replacement, but they need to plug the hole Luiz has left.

Stocking up on mofre CMs is pretty pointless at the moment. First focus on a striker and a 6. Looks like we're stuck with Skipp who's probably the worst of all of them unless we can get more homegrown players in

@@barnabyslater_ yes I do. Skipp will only occasionally get minutes if really necessary. Bergvaal, Gray, Bentancur & Bissouma are all ahead of him, even without knowing yet what will happen with PEH and Lo Celso

I really don't see the attraction of Ramsey personally but I suspect it's Lange who's pushing it, he will be far more familiar with the player and presumably sees something in the lad
I'd much rather we went for Hackney if we are looking at HG mids to add. All that said with all the players we are getting linked to it's hard to see us going for Ramsey if say we add Eze and Doue and for me Hackney has a more complete number of midfield qualities and has much stronger defensive game and nous. It's great having attacking options but not if we have no real depth of players with defensive qualities. Last season highlighted our failings defensively and that was despite having arguably the best central defensive pairing in the PL

@@barnabyslater_ Well for me he has got good defensive aspects but I think he looks a very complete mid rather than just an AM or a DM and I think we need 2 CDN's rather than 1 dedicated DM and a CM and an AM
I think -especially if we add Eze and Doue we would have plenty of AM options with Maddie so I really want two CDM's who can see defensive threats harry, tackle, win the ball, shield it well and have the passing range to then get attacks moving forward and I think Hackney has that all round game as I think does Gray
@@Menotyou20245 Well as said Lange I guess must have seen things about the player that he is impressed with and he'd have seen far more of the lad than me, but I can only speak for myself and I just don't think he offers enough of what we need taking into account what we have and assuming who we look likely to be adding, even more so for the £50 mill value they seem to be putting on him
There's talk of Spence and Lo Celso being offered as part of the deal so maybe that's our angle but for me I think there are better options

Playing through the lines, fearless with or without the ball, attack attack attack and never backwards, never to the keeper and hardly ever sideways.. always looking for the through ball and looking for goals when in the lead, not running the clock down when ahead and, well, just a proper looking side.. even more impressive than City. Are you listening Ange?! I think he knows.. so why has he been neglecting our under 18’s? That young Spain lad is making a mockery of EPL and Spurs decisions not to play young lads full of potential.. its like they want to beat the creativity out of quality players before playing them
