Anxiety attacks, depression, and sadness are all part of one's mental well-being. In the world we live in, mental well-being is an essential thing, which not only affects our day-to-day life but also our relationships with people around us.
In this Josh Talks, Kanika Agarwal, founder of Mindpeers talks about her journey from a middle-class home in Noida to becoming a successful entrepreneur where she paved her own way to success. Kanika's startup Mindpeers also got very good feedback and funding on the Shark Tank India Season 2. Kanika at an early age completed her engineering and worked with reputed organizations like Google and Microsoft before shifting her focus towards being an entrepreneur. She describes her journey as one filled with anxiety due to her childhood experiences and how she coped up with it as she grew up into adulthood. She talks about her anxiety attack symptoms, the importance of mental well-being and how women especially can take care of themselves in order to have good mental health and happy life. Kanika's journey is a very powerful motivational story that highlights the importance of mental well-being and how to overcome depression and anxiety to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs.

I failed in 9th standard once, took four years to complete BBM, suffered from bed wetting till the age of 21, took five years to complete MBA, lost 13 jobs till date, suffered two broken engagements, left knee ligament fully torn apart, missed twenty eight accidents till now in a span of fourteen years, met with a serious accident three years ago which led me to being bedridden for a month and where i had experienced hell. The nurse used to pour tincture on the raw wound. My last job was working in pure night shifts for more than a year in a job that I was JUST not liking and which ruined my health. I was molested in an interview in January last year. And top of all that, I've not had a proper job for more than a year now. And I'm 38 now!!!!! Wot hope is there for people like me???????
