I suppose your one of those people that believes everything the government tells you. Did you know that Social Security is a trust and you as being the beneficiary of the trust can use a 1099-a to pretty much buy anything over $600 that is for personal use. But you actually have to know what being a sovereign American is in order to use and understand how to use it.

If you live in the US then you need to follow the law. If you don’t like it there are many places you can move to. We follow the rule of law in the US. Sov Cit is just a fantasy played out by simpletons that don’t understand how the world works. Sadly this guy paid the price with his life.

@@lordsnail9128 ...You should go read the US Supreme Court case of Flemming v. Nestor, 363 U.S. 603 (1960)...There is no right to SS benefits and there is no trust fund. Also, there is no law that requires any American citizen to get one. The SS application even says that on the form, but then goes on to say that you, MAY, not be able to get a job. The "MAY" was put in there for a very important reason, as it makes the signed application a completely voluntary act, without threat, duress, or coercion. And just to illustrate the corruption coming from our wonderful govt, you actually, and they know this, won't be able to get a job without one.

There is no need to leave when nobody can be expatriated from the nation state of their birth origin and you have public records showing you to be born in the nation state and not in the fictional geometric plane or Corporate Defacto Color of Law ( which means color of and appearing to be but not actually in fact law ). Who was here first private and living Citizens of the united states of America or UNITED STATES citizens ? People really need to learn the difference because there is a HUGE difference. One is a lawful bloodline American entitled to the same imunities that a Native American would be entitled to as original lawful bloodline Americans while the other came about after 1933 and they are in fact considered enemies of the state and public enemy combatants who are belligerents ( and thus they need licenses to do everything from getting married to hunting because they are prisoners of war and are basically sureties and slaves ). If you do not believe me then you might just want to look into essays by Rourke and Philips on private Equity and you "might" just want to go an read the Emergency War Powers Act, the Trading With The Enemies Act, and also the Emergency Banking Relief Act. Don't believe me, wait until you see the wording in "their own laws and statutes" confirming what I am telling you. Why would private Americans be the only real Americans ? This might just be because the people who accepted and gave consent ( by presumption ) to become public enemies of the STATE were made sureties to the World Banks because the UNITED STATES is Bankrupt and has been for a long time. I defy anyone to find an Executive Order by the President ( ever) or an Act of Congress, or any Positive Law showing that we left our status of Martial Law which was enacted in 1917. You won't find it because it does not exist and that MUST exist if they enact it. It doesn't just go away. The President or Congress would have had to end Martial Law which means we are still under guess "what" ? Have you ever wondered why you always hear the President or other "public" figures say "State of Emergency" but they never say Martial Law anymore ? That is because you cannot issue Martial Law when we are already under it, when all performance by the corporations is compelled by the military under the 11th amendment and when the whole UNITED STATES is a corporation with its STATES being subsidiary corporations all operating by compelled performance ( See Article 1 Section 10 ) under the constitution and where the entire corporate fiction UNITED STATES is "bankrupt" and has been since 1933. Why do you think they passed House Joint Resolution 192 and then tried to rename it and hide it from the people by naming it House Bill 73-10 ( Currently Public Law 73-10 ) and then they play dumb when you ask them about HJR 192 ? You people are being lied to Go and study your constitution and your laws and you will see that what I am saying is true and is correct. If you have any wisdom you will start studying these things and mostly your Bible.

i worked for an urban city in florida for 25yrs. this was complete preventable. that is not to say the officers will be charged.
the driver was not being cooperative at all, that is not a death penealy citation, though.
when, opening the door the the officer had fully body coverage of the suspect. the suspect could not move.
when another officer just happens to yell "gun, gun, gun" the officer that had physical custody of the suspect (covering his body and the drivers seat) retreated and ran away and then the execution firing squad occurred.
sad. i have been involved (investigated) dozens of these incidents. all the engaged officer had to do, was not let go of the suspect. if you have his hands, what is the suspect going to do?
notice on the bodyCam's all claiming who shot? like 2nd graders who can have the answer first. amazing.
yes and handcuff a critically, wounded suspect shot 8 times (one in the head and 7 in the chest) with the suspects hands behind his back as to restrict breathing and blood flow to his body. that was medically ingenuous move.
the suspect is shot eight times with his hands dangling above his head...what "threat" is someone that had been neutralized can be.
    moral of the story:
i am an us citizen retired and for the past 2yrs i have lived in argintina.
no crime in my city, cops sit in the park and do nothing. saw 2 traffice stops in the years i hav been here and one was the drivers car broke down.
kudos to the retired military man protesting the suspects death...at least the military know "discipline"; not an executors firing squad because someone wanted to yell "gun" three times.

Let it be known that they went through their third and final bankruptcy a few years ago, but don't take my word for it, look it up. The problem is they are subjecting the american people to foreign laws, that is not the law of this American land. The law of this land is the Public Law. But they have coerced the people by threat of armed force, and the color of law, that violations, like traffick infractions, are crimes. They have used it to generate revenue, but in truth they are committing crimes against the people that are unlawful. And they are doing it by force or threat of force.
