This build looks fun, but i would not find any good moments to use it since i always find those Godzilla 21 teamers who keep spamming beams and have like the entire tokyo helping them, so health would be more useful in this situation.

Eva does need a buff, because it's only somewhat good with skill. Look, in skill-based kaijus, which almost all in game kaijus are right now, there're two factors: how much skill they need and how rewarding they are. Let's look at endgames for examples. Ultima is kinda most basic one here, it has good melee and all, and takes some skill to range with tail properly and time red mist. However, no matter how skilled you are, it won't really go higher than that. So it doesn't take lots of skill, but doesn't really reward for it either past certain point. Then let's take MZ. It's definitely not a very hard kaiju, it's hp and damage are quite forgiving and it has good hitboxes, thus MZ doesn't really need lots of skill. However, MZ does reward for it like experimenting with build to use dr-frames on roar or abuse breath from water, or land wing attack hitboxes. So, MZ isn't hard, it doesn't need all that, but it's rewarding as well and thus good at all skill levels period. Then there's dest, which does require some skill unlike previous two to be good. Dest's hitboxes can be somewhat tricky, his own hurtbox is a bit weird as well and his charge management is awfull with no regen points. However, when you get the skill with dest to actually manage charge and land attacks, dodging your opponents and abusing both tail and horn, you're very rewarded with ~700 damage attacks and extra point into hp or speed. So dest is both hard and rewarding. And then there's Eva... Eva takes lots of skill to use properly, which is good imo, but the problem is reward for that skill. Even if landed, Eva's attacks aren't very strong, and even max health doesn't make it very tanky. So for the same skill level, Eva will always be worse than all 3 mentioned end-games(Ultima is just hard counter, skill doesn't matter there). Sure Eva can be good with good skill, but it'll never be better than something like g21 with same skill, and THAT is a problem for such expensive and hard to get kaiju.

Mz in my opinion is overall the better kauji if you have skill and a good build since there’s inner storm buffs, very good dps, and better hit boxes on mz. Dest wil always be looked on as the better kauji for obvious reasons as he requires little to no skill and the best dps in the game and huge hp.

I was debating if get Max Dest with a build of Max Healt or Max Speed, I still thinking on it but seeing this it's like a surprise for me, but I need grind for Max Dest yet anyway, just hope that one day we can get the remodel or rework of Destroyah
Not viable. On dest you absolutely have to get max damage and min 4 points into charge regen, that leaves only 6 for either speed, health, or both. All other build are much weaker overall, including one in video.

The Minilla Ex isn't even close to level 999 nor maxed, Des can beat it any level of Minilla Ex below 1k

He requires skill, it’s just not a complex type. You need really good dexterity to handle dest
