Loch Buie Isle of Mull Wild Camp

During a three day motorcycle camping trip to the Isle of Mull this film shows my wild camping experience at Loch Buie.
Loch Buie is a wonderfully rugged place on the Isle of Mull, which is the second largest island of the Inner Hebrides, located off the West Coast of Scotland.
The thoughts and actions outlined in the video are personal to me and everyone will need to view things from their own perspective.

Just perfect...remote and rugged with enough facilities to make a stay viable. Although we couldn't see the blighters, I guess the 'moz net' was a very necessary addition to your wardrobe! Thanks for sharing and good riding in 2023!

Thanks TP, appreciate your support, particularly as I’ve had 18 month of health issues but now in a far better place. These locations would benefit from a drone as that would take the filming to a new level but as it’s a hobby not business I’ll just have to save and get one eventually..it’s a good job i have patience 😂 I’m pleased with the direction the videos are going but like anything in life it’s an evolving thing! I rate it as one of the best camping locations on Mull, a bit of a Trek over from the ferry but worth itIf you haven't already try getting across to Fidden Farm on the Ross of Mull I did it on the motorcycle ,stunning beaches . All the best for new year and safe riding.

I was originally going to camp at Fidden Farm but ended up here and very pleased I did, although next time I will visit the Ross of Mull. Likewise have a great 2023 Tony

Beautiful place. 👍 what's your advice on campsites booking, any campsites? Pre book or just turn up and hope for best? thanks

With Scotland and the islands just turn up, even the ferries will usually squeeze you on even if busy with cars 👍🏻 There are commercial campsites but I find the community camping areas are better even if very basic facilities..wild camping is allowed and some locations are stunning with no other people for miles…if going to an island head for Scottish Tourist Information, they will give maps and great advice all free of charge 👍🏻
