- In this video I hop on an overnight boat out of H&M Landing in San Diego. We headed offshore looking for kelp paddies and found some kelp that held Yellowtail and Dorado. Most of the fish caught on the boat were good size mostly in the 10-20lb range. Thanks H&M for putting us on some fish!

Nice video bro. Great year for yellowtail so you took advantage. You got skills. Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks man!
Looks so fun!!
Just a little recommendation to let the fish eat your bait a little longer, probably the reason you pulled a few fish off. Otherwise fun trip
Nice video, just one suggestion to not keep messing around your drag. Set your drag and leave it there. Nice fish bro!
Looked like fun! Great video!!
Thanks bro!
Sweet dude! Tight lines 🤙
How many yards of 65 did you get on your Lexa? I have Tranx 400 but I only got about 170 yards so I’m probably going to switch it out for 50 as a long soak could spool me😂
I think I get about 200 yards of braid that’s what the specs are saying online. The Tranx 400 feels like the same size as my Lexa 300 haha
@@sacratboatingandfishing lol
@@sacratboatingandfishing have you caught small grade yellowfin and bluefin on you Lexa?
@@socalfishincrew5410 no not yet. I’m in Norcal only have time to make a few SoCal fishing trips a year. Wish we had more pelagic species up here!
