  • Black History Month is a time for us to learn from the past, reflect on the present and deliver for a better future. This year, we're highlighting the incredible work being done by our colleagues to support Black communities, as well as the coaches and volunteers acting as role models on a daily basis.
In this video, FA Coach Development Officers Pete Augustine and Daniel Fenner discuss their roles in supporting the game, as well as the importance of developing a culturally diverse workforce that reflects the communities where football thrives.
We also speak to volunteers, coaches and mentors at Frenford FC, who go above and beyond in creating opportunities for people of all cultures and backgrounds to take part and fall in love with football.
