    This is gold. So much info. Really got me thinking about the stuff Berto was saying towards the end. With my back training, I always feel better doing machines/cable work in comparison to free weights. Can actually feel my back and it's obviously safer, yet I often have the "I'm probably wrong" mindset Berto spoke about because how much people preach about that stuff.

    Before my workouts I watch videos of Obi Wan vs Darth Vader battles to get me hyped up for lifts. Does this make me a beta male ?

    interesting to talk about a decade, since that's a much longer time frame than many talk about. usually they talk about 2 to 3 years maybe 5, but not 10
