  • Gold sections are hard in #mtgcube! It is equally true, though, that multicolor cards are sweet. This video helps you find the gold cards that work best for your goals and to run them at a ratio that makes sense for your environment.

I'm delighted that you enjoyed it! Thank you for the excellent conversation around the topic. You have great ideas, and talking through the issues with you gave me new insight and helped me to formulate how I would approach explaining the topic here.

Great video! Could talk about more cheap or underrated cards for cube that could be worth testing? Loved your videos on vehicles and using the Ixalan's DFC as pre-flipped lands, these helped my cube stand out.

Thank you! I like highlighting cards that are underrepresented in cube. I'll be sure to keep at project moving forward.

Great aesthetic! Including the music. Real slick vibe. I'd love to see something on peasant cubes or mini cubes if that's something you think falls within your demographic (I've recently started my first cube, which is a 270 card peasant cube).

Thank you so much! The music is my own! Saves me having to figure out licensing, lol. I have had requests for rarity-restricted content before. It's definitely on my mind, and I appreciate you voicing your interests - thank you! I'll mull over topics that I might tackle here, with the caveat that while I have played peasant and pauper cubes, I do not maintain one, and I don't consider this an area in which I am especially knowledgeable.

@@CulticCube Very cool that the music is your own! It reminds me maybe of music from Armored Core on the PS1 and other futuristic Japanese games of the era. I have very limited knowledge of pauper; as for peasant, the best resource I've found is bacchus2's "Evaluate Everything" thread over on MTG Salvation.
He and a community of peasant cubers have worked together to compile a comprehensive list of cards, and have rated them on a scale ranging from staple, to fringe, to unplayable. It helped me a lot when I was fleshing out my list and is probably a good place to get a sense of what's a 10 on the strix scale in peasant, etc.
However, peasant content or not, I'll be watching your videos either way. Great stuff and I'm sure it'll be widely recognised by cubers as top tier content in the near future!

The cube curation community is really great. The conversations I've had with other designers is invaluable to me, and I want to extend those conversations to others not only through my videos but also by pointing people to other resources that might be of use or interest to them. I very much appreciate your thoughtful commentary on my videos over a long span of time now! Thanks, cat!
