Also, it's made from the most valuable material on the planet. There are way better reasons to get hold of Vision's body than to turn him into a killer robot.

Maybe. Except there are a _lot_ of clues aside from his behavior that suggests he's up to some bad s----. SWORD was holding Vision's body until Wanda came for it, and he didn't disclose it. He's been tracking Vision via his vibranium which he didn't disclose, and Vision's ID on the tracker is "Asset." He had an accurate count of the people trapped inside and didn't disclose it. He took a shot at Wanda at his first opportunity, which suggests he's trying to cover something up that Wanda saw at the facitlity (and we know we're revisiting that scene, because it's in the trailer from Wanda's POV, so something else was going on there). He has a secret file called Cataract that Darcy found: what's a cataract? Something that obscures your vision. And he seemed perfectly fine with Vision dropping dead there so he could claim the body. He's not just painted to look like a bad guy by his behavior. There are big skeletons in his closet having to do with Vision.
@@blackalien6873 a serial killer would be nice enough to invite you to their home but then the minute you set foot in it, theyll try to kill you. A villain will always have some sort of "nice" facade to go along with their wicked plans.
Wanda wanted her son to be named Tommy. But Tommy has his uncle's superpower. While Billy looks like Doctor Strange but has his mom's superpowers and is more connected to his dad.
The costumes Pietro and Tommy wear is also a reference to how Quicksilver looked in the comics. Even the hairstyle. I thought the latter was a nod to Hugh Jackman's Wolverine.
The way I see it, Wanda has been having a psychotic break (or some similar serious mental issue) since Vision died. She _is_ doing all of this, and she is clearly controlling it (her getting out last episode and expanding the hex in this one show that she has control over it, her rolling credits on Vision last episode shows that she's also in control of the "editing" of the episodes, and Agness confirmed in this episode that Wanda is the one controlling the residents' minds)... _but that doesn't mean that she's fully aware of what she's doing;_ she _isn't_ lying when she says she doesn't remember how she did it (though, much like Vision, over the episodes she's become more aware of what she's doing)... but when it's needed the part of her that _is_ aware and controlling everything surfaces and takes control. There _are_ some things she can't control... but they're either because of outside interference (Monica, the beekeeper guy, and so on), because of Vision figuring things out (he's either capable of thinking for himself... or Wanda's conscience waking up), because of oversights (people going out of script because of it not being clear enough, for instance, or because they're becoming aware of their situation, like Agness or Herb) or limitations in her control (this episode seems to show that the further a resident is from her control the simpler the scripting has to be, eventually becoming simple props instead of actors), or because of her children (or possibly just Billy), who seem to _also_ have some control over the hex (possibly even before being born).
Pretty sketch that Agnes could conversate in the "dead zone" without Vision zapping her, when nobody else could. She is not under Wanda's power, they haven't exactly tried to hide she is AG-tha Hark-NES-s, the only question is it Nightmare or Mephisto she's in cahoots with. The "demon spawn" comment inclines Mephisto.
I've got the ol' X(Y) chromosome. The pattern continues: Something Wanda missed gets noted & appears in the next episode. (Why are there no other children > Halloween, Kids everywhere.) Is Darcy getting superpowers!?!
@@havok6280 - I know it's gene not 'some, was simply pointing out the nod. 😉 (Could be a 2 for 1 given the "Y Men", who they were given their abilities by somebody with abilities. 🤔)
My crazy theory is that Pietro is a trojan horse sent in by the director. Since they were dissecting Vision's body to figure out how to manipulate the science of him, the director probably figured out how to animate a corpse too. They probably had her brother's body on ice. Clent took it with them when they were escaping Sokovia. There was never a mention of what happened to his body, after that. Pietro was asking questions of how she did it. And I think he purposefully said Vision was dead in front of the kids so that they can speed up the process of what the kids can do. Trauma seems to be a trigger for their powers to grow or manifest. I also think that Agnes is trying to do the same. I think she was faking when she was talking to Vision. The commercial is a clue as to what is going on. The kid asked the shark for some sustenance, but the shark....being a sneaky carnivore, gave him something to hold that is draining his magic. That's the Mephisto's plot of what he's doing to their bodies in order to enter the realm. He needs Wanda to keep everything inside the hex.
The way i see it, why Vision cant remember is cause the real him walking around is his corpse. Wanda legit turned Vision into a puppet and layered her memories of him on his corpse thus he appears alive and has parts of his own personality. The parts that he remembers. How much free will he has is up for debate. He can have enough to be suspicious but that could be a part of what she makes him do for some reason. As for Pietro i think she reskinned someone who lives in the town but messed it up and thats why he looks different. Hes basically her own consciousness to help her realize what shes doing. Thems my theory
Ha ha you had the same reaction as me when it ended,I'm not sure about her brother he's asking to many questions wherever he's from another universe or not, great reaction as always.
Your discussion of the people on the edge of town being on pause gave me a thought. It seems Wanda's control is slipping the more mindful she is of what she's doing. That also makes me think that maybe it wasn't Hayward who pushed Pietro into the Hex. Interesting.
So now Darcey is gonna have powers too. Maybe she will become Rogue? Also I can see Hayward becoming the future villain that makes Sentinels: sentient weapons. Imagine if they are an army of gray Visions.
So...for anyone asking... . The thing with her seeing Vision and Pietro "dead" isn't because that's what they "really" look like. Wanda is currently experiencing severe psychosis due to aggravated PTSD. This fantasy world of hers is what a normal person would be experiencing as hallucinations and delusions they can't comprehend as unreal. Wanda's power is making her delusions and such, real...mostly subconsciously...as a result of her psychotic break. She does not have schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or D.I.D. . As we watch the show, we see that her attempts to create a "perfect" world are futile. In a normal person, reality intrudes, and there's just nothing they can do about but come up with ever more, and more elaborate, delusions. Wanda can't keep up. Because her bubble reality isn't merely a delusion or hallucination, she reaches a point where she can't keep all the plates spinning, or all the balls in the air anymore. And combined with the fact that she really does love Vision, and her brother, that gives them an independence the others don't share. As for the kids, I'm not really sure what their deal is, but it probably has something to do with a motherly love there, too. She'd like to be able to control them, but she loves them too much to do that to them. Her subconscious won't let her. As more of these issues crop up, the era of the show advances, becoming more complex as an adaptation to explain away the "glitches" and inconsistencies. As this occurs, it more often forces her to be open about things, and encounter the causal feelings of the event in the first place. In fact, Pietro's purpose is likely as a catalyst and instigator to force her to do so more often, or more directly. The Evan Peters version of him is definitely that. He pokes everything, figuratively speaking. He asks questions, he's aware of what's going on. He doesn't just let her not give an answer, or give a wishy-washy answer. But, he's still her brother, and he also doesn't judge her for any of it. He still shows her support and the potential of protection. Pietro is her attempt to accept the truth, little by little, and not become overwhelmed by it. . And so we come to the hallucinations of Vision and Pietro being dead. That's all they are...actual hallucinations. Vision is alive...in a way. He's not simply a zombie or a puppet. Wanda restored him, but because she doesn't understand the tech, all she can do is fake the gaps with her magic. So, when he leaves, he doesn't die outright, but he can't last long. In Pietro's case, she doesn't have access to ATJs body from Age of Ultron. What she did was summing Evan's version from another universe, and then shoved her idea of her brother into him. When she sees them dead, it's her own subconscious guilt getting to her. Both occurred at moments when she was briefly forced to "break character" herself and personally acknowledge that she was making this reality what it was...specifically during or immediately after encountering her feelings of loss, specifically. She didn't have such an experience when Pietro first showed up, because the issue was her confrontation with Vision and his accusations, not her loss of him or her brother. She is a good person, and she knows what she's doing is wrong, but she's trying to justify it. But deep down, she still feels guilt for it. When that guilt gets loose at times, she gets those "I see dead people" moments. . Remember, for all the mystery and epicness of this comic-book show...what we're actually watching is a woman who has been entirely psychologically broken, and is desperately trying to heal...without help. Because honestly...who in the world is qualified to help someone experiencing such a severe psychosis...when they can actually make their delusions real? No doctor on the planet is qualified for that.
I can get the Vision stuff. A lot of people seemed to forget or ignore that Vision had a large chunk of his brain destroyed when the stone was ripped from his head. There wasn't a way to back up his brain in Infinity war, they ran out of time. Pietro having more of a memory about the hex world makes less sense to me.
What I like about this show is that they put out that there's clues in everything when in reality its not that much more more clues or easter eggs as any other show. It's like they're controlling the real world knowing how people can jump to conclusions so quickly. Good job marvel. 👏
I wonder if the DNA of people inside the field and those who pass through will then become the "mutants" of the MCU and the X-Men will be just exist with the dna sharing some residual effects of the field
Loved this episode, thought it was fab! the tone really got dark at points. So interested to see where the final 3 episodes go i think its important to note that when Pietro said "I'm Not a Stranger and I'm Not your Husband" he paused and said "You can talk to me" rather than "I'm your brother", i think he's possibly Nightmare or Mephisto, he also at one points shouts to the kids "Unleash Hell, Demon Spawn" which of course in the comics they are the spawn of Satan!!!, excited to see what happens to Darcy when she enters Westview! and if Vision will remember anything from this episode or not. Also still torn on Agnes, i feel like she was putting on an act to Vision, i did have a thought maybe shes a double agent for Mephisto and Wanda. Hence why she was excited to see Vision, but when she realised he didn't know who he was, she was like ah shit, he can't save us, i better lay low again.. I dunno, so much to unpack!! but love it!

I think Hayward shoved Pietro's corpse through the barrier into the Hex and Wanda changed him. Hayward I think wants Vision's corpse for weapons research.
It's Hayward's actual perfectly legal job to look after stuff like Vision's body. Which Wanda stole from him. There is strictly no reason for him to be a villain with ulterior motives here, just a jackass with authority.
@@Carabas72 He hates superpowered people. He was secretly tracking people (and especially Vision) inside of the Hex. He wanted to murder Wanda, also secretly. He is evil. Not some red herring. Actually evil.
@@dasik84 It is literally his job to track Vision secretly, what with being acting director of the secret agency in charge of keeping an eye on people like Vision, who was stolen from SWORD. Yes, he's evil and a jackass, but that doesn't make him the villain.

Overall, I have one burning question with regards to this series. How did an organization which has Sentient Weapons as part of its name end up with Visions body? Especially if he had a will that stated he didn't want his body used to make weapons. I wonder if Wanda's desire to keep the world that has.been built going to save her from grief or to protect Vision from SWORD?
Yeah it ALWAYS ends so quick, BUT the next three episodes will be ONE hour each! Which is fucking amazing, but, I bet their "One Hour Each" will be like 44 minutes and 16 minutes of credits and intro, but STILL, to get ACTUAL length of big shows we are used to that are closer to an hour, is fantastic.
MCU Wanda normally has an East-European accent. In WandaVision she talks with a typical American sitcom mom accent. And she drops her sitcom accent and reverst to her Sokovian accent when the sitcom reality breaks. Listen carefully to "Vision, help him" in episode one, contrasting very starkly with the accent she uses in therest of the episode. And with Pietro, she also has a tendency to drop her sitcom accent whenever he does or says something that pulls her out of the sitcom reality.

7:44 what is going on? Alright, vision was die in avengers infinity war. So, when he tries to get away from the reality created by wanda. he will become the original vision (dead). He only can live inside the westview.

@@Windupchronic Odds are he's working for HYDRA or some other evil organization.
Yep. I had the same thought. He went from being a reasonable human to a cardboard cutout villain. I think it's all a fking show within the show.
@@blackalien6873 So, it's a show about a show about SWORD responding to someone turning a town into a sit-com?
@@blackalien6873 a serial killer would be nice enough to invite you to their home but then the minute you set foot in it, theyll try to kill you. A villain will always have some sort of "nice" facade to go along with their wicked plans.
Wanda wanted her son to be named Tommy. But Tommy has his uncle's superpower. While Billy looks like Doctor Strange but has his mom's superpowers and is more connected to his dad.
WandaVision just keeps getting better and better, 3 more episodes left and I can't wait to see what happens.
Everyone wish you the best on avoiding spoilers till the next episode, im gonna do my best too
I've got the ol' X(Y) chromosome.
The pattern continues: Something Wanda missed gets noted & appears in the next episode.
(Why are there no other children > Halloween, Kids everywhere.)
Is Darcy getting superpowers!?!
It's "X gene", but that was a clever nod.
@@havok6280 I want to say Vision making an X by crossing his arms is also a reference, but that might be stretching it lol
@@havok6280 - I know it's gene not 'some, was simply pointing out the nod. 😉
(Could be a 2 for 1 given the "Y Men", who they were given their abilities by somebody with abilities. 🤔)
@@HellfireComms Considering Vision was never an X-men I'd say that's a big of a stretch, yeah, lol.
I think Mephisto and Nightmare will be combined into one being. Just like what they did to Hela in Thor Ragnarok and the villain in Iron Man 2.
Been loving the content you’ve been putting yup lately 🥰
I’m obsessed with this show!
As always another great reaction Sesska.
6:02 Soon Monica became Photon or Pulsar or Spectrum
So now Darcey is gonna have powers too.
Maybe she will become Rogue?
Also I can see Hayward becoming the future villain that makes Sentinels: sentient weapons.
Imagine if they are an army of gray Visions.
I'd love Darcy to take over as Rogue. Doubt that'd happen, but it'd be amazing
YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW!!! - Vision (probably)

Dude im ready for that next episoooooode NOW, imagine if they released 2 episodes at the same time!! im sitting my butt right there watching both of them and not getting up at all
Bet Darcy is going to be a waitress next episode trying to contact Vision.
Just realized the ad was foreshadowing the ending.
Is Vision and Quicksilver going to die at the end of the season? If so can we at least get a Future-past style slow mo sequence
I agree that she (and everyone else) is being lead to believe that she is doing all of it. Like Agnes said in ep1, "this is going to be a Gas (light)"
This episode was something....
Edit: 6:47 it might be something to remind us + Wanda that She isn’t in full control or even not the one in charge of it all
I think Hayward shoved Pietro's corpse through the barrier into the Hex and Wanda changed him.
@@dasik84
It is literally his job to track Vision secretly, what with being acting director of the secret agency in charge of keeping an eye on people like Vision, who was stolen from SWORD. Yes, he's evil and a jackass, but that doesn't make him the villain.
@@Carabas72 Since Wanda and Vision are superpowered beings, yes, it does make him the villain.
And no, it's not his job to do that secretly - so secretly that even his own team doesn't know about it. It basically showed us that he's known about the anomaly for the entire time and sent Monica there on purpose, to get rid of her.
I like how they are starting to mix in the X-Men universe with the Avengers universe
i have to ask was the gem the hard drive ? is why all he info was wipe out?
7:13 "No capes!"
I have to keep reminding myself that this leads into Doctor Strange 2, which is/will be a horror movie.
When you go to comment but then remember the creator said they arent going to read comments. RIP
Super crazy episode. Like these reactions.
What do u use to get all the episodes for different shows?
I expect the very last scene of the series to be someone finding Paul Betany in the shower like Bobby Ewing.
Peter is more Peter than Pietro. Why would he ask what happened to Wanda's accent? Does the X-Men Quicksilver have a twin sister with an accent?
MCU Wanda normally has an East-European accent. In WandaVision she talks with a typical American sitcom mom accent. And she drops her sitcom accent and reverst to her Sokovian accent when the sitcom reality breaks. Listen carefully to "Vision, help him" in episode one, contrasting very starkly with the accent she uses in therest of the episode. And with Pietro, she also has a tendency to drop her sitcom accent whenever he does or says something that pulls her out of the sitcom reality.
It's going to feel like a long wait til next friday after that cliffhanger. It's interesting how Wanda attacked Pietro after the insult, wonder how that's going to play out
That was the worst more terrifying commercial yet😮. Are they still going to be in the 90s in ep 7? Or will they move to the 2000s?
Great reaction!
Here come the « hex » men !
1 question answered, two new questions unanswered, cha cha cha
Malcolm in the Middle, welcome to the 2000's. 20 years to go? I dont think that's really Vision or Pietro. It's Wanda's memories of them activating their corpses. YUCK!
vision SAW Darci and how she wanted to help him, I hope Vision goes looking for her and hopefully she can help vision a little more with situation....

When Cap returns infinity stones at end of Endgame, where does he end up putting Vision's mindstone?
He gives it back to whom he took it from: Hydra. All of the Stones go back exactly where they came from.
9:38 lol
If they are not near wanda they are not in the show and therefore extras on standby
7:44 what is going on?
Alright, vision was die in avengers infinity war. So, when he tries to get away from the reality created by wanda. he will become the original vision (dead). He only can live inside the westview.
IMO it's not so much a mind-wipe thing... Vision simply can't remember his life outside of Westview, because he never experienced it. That guy is dead. This is a new Vision, created entirely from scratch by Wanda in the original's likeness.
i don't think "wanda's brother" is really wanda's brother, not from this universe or any other. he wants to be close to her to figure out how she did it. this guy is after power.
"Unleash Hell, demon spawn!"
