Honestly the 387s are such a Downgrade from the 332s on Heathrow express, enjoy those ironing boards 😉
Another thing to note at 9:37 is the refurbished Bakerloo Line train where they removed the end car lights

You could of used Central Line to Ealing Broadway and picked up TfL Rail to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and swap for another train to Terminal 4 or Terminal 5. Hopefully the Elizabeth Line should open very soon and going to Heathrow Airport much quicker than using Underground and Heathrow Express.
