TH-cam decided to recommend this video to me. Nothing but love and positivity for your journey my man. It will only get easier the longer you stay sober. You’ve got this!
11 years sober after 38 years, No regrets either way. I enjoyed it all. Now I have no desire to drink at all. Hang in there and never look back. One day at a time for a while and eventually it all clears up and the clouds all lift away....
Don’t worry about rambling, you are just getting things out of your head, sometimes they lead to dead ends, but sometimes you reach a truth, and it can take time to digest it. Something’s are out of your control, and you have to let go of guilt or shame from that, and something’s you have to own up to, and accept that you made a mistake or did something YOU know is wrong. I have had both experiences, if you can let it out, safely, it’s easier to work with. When I hear you “rambling”, I see myself, I understand the “what do I do know?” And “what’s the answer” kind of mindset, I understand it’s easier to crawl back into the “safety” of the bottomless bottle. One step at a time, one day at a time.
Awww 🥰 a little tiny bird 🐦! He must have fallen out of a nest somewhere. Or maybe his flying lessons didn’t go well. Poor little baby. 😢 Take good care of you.❤
After age 40 I made a resolution to only enjoy beers on weekends only n for only entertainment,...when stressed out i don't drink nor with must do commitments,...I struggled a bit but got into the rhythm,...hv been enjoying this way now 10 more years ongoing...try it n forget weekday hangovers n lethargy related to fatigue,... good luck though....😂😂😁🤣🤣🤣
