Bro I know you're challenger and all, but your rotations are mostly really really bad. You rotate to plays when you don't need to as 3 of your teammates are fighting 3v2 and they're already winning you chose to rotate there and miss platings coz of that. Almost every single video of yours have this mistake. Sometimes you rotate so late that it's not even required anymore when the play is lost you start rotating to that play. Bad decision making and frustrating to watch.

Perma smurfing and thinking he is still a really good player but he would be stuck plat or low dia if he tried climbing instead of just smurfing all day against bronze and silvers. I should also gives some tips since I used to be a Jinx one-trick.
Don't bother building slow effects if you're going to use her W for damage, not only do they not stack but I believe Riot made it so that the weaker one will take effect.
If whenever shoving a lane, it's more than worth just rocketing the whole wave despite the mana cost even in early levels. On that note, when trading in lane you always want to engage with your mini-gun first and then as you or them walk away swap to your rocket for an extra auto that they can't return.
Her Ult is naturally on a low cd so never be afraid to fish for kills with it. In fact that's your main purpose with it if you're having troubles in lane because it'll score you KP at the very least.
Lastly, and I say this only because I noticed you doing it a few times in the game, throw your grenades slightly in front of you when being pursued so that A) you don't throw them in the wrong direction and B) they activate in time for their effect to take place.
Outside of that, while this is an interesting theory build I have some doubts to it's competency in her actual lane due to having slower level gains on top of her basically being a walking gold sack for any dive support or jungler if she maxes W first and beyond that, as you noticed yourself in the game she has very bad mana problems unless you have Manamune and Blue buff. Hell even with Manamune you can only cast your Zap approximately 20-21 times before running out completely at max level.
Will be trying this out later tonight though.

played a bit of jinx mid, one cool thing to do is ult on sidelane for assist/kill and then you activate your passive and go in on your enemy laner

That w spam looks so fun, no idea the cool down get go so low, also surprised that the ult CD can go that low as well, certainly will play that in the future.

It would be really cool if you could explain how a high elo opponent would counter your "gimmick builds". Because low elo is the place where these builds are played most often, and I don't really know how to respond to them...
for this build in particular he would get abused really hard in lane and the players would be better at dodging so he'd most likely never get to the permaslow powerspike even in this normal game he had trouble landing the W reliably especially before he could slow on autos with serylda
You are seeing the counters tbh. His opposing team dodge very well and they lane very well. Look at Swain's movement. If it wasn't a Challenger player 'bullying' a Silver, do you think you can land your W on that Swain? Jinx being Jinx is naturally countered. If you want to play his build, mid lane and such, you want to counter pick. Jinx into Swain isn't bad pick if you understand how to dodge Swain well. Generally short range mage you can bully with this build. Otherwise you are naturally countered.
That was a lot of fun to watch. I'll have to give it a try!

How about bruiser Jinx (mid or top)? The grudge slow seems a bit wasted. With Hail of Blade of the Runed King, you might quickly slow the enemy then chain with easy to land W.
Then Black Cleaver (30 AH!) and Manamune. That way I think you mostly trade the wasted Serylda's passive for BotRK's usable slow and AS. You lose a bit in Armor pen, because of how Cleaver works, and delaying mythic, but you gain a bit of AH.
Then depending on the enemy you can go Dusk Blade, or Eclipse still.
Just took this build right into aram :D. Wasn't sure about the eclipse, and I would've liked AS somewhere to make the W faster to cast... But thanks for the inspiration it was super fun :D
Aw I only watched this after trying the build and just learned that you only took eclipse for the % armor pen.

I feel a fusion of essence reaver for mana spellblade and crit with rapid fire cannon with rest of the lethal items. Could weave extended range autos in between zaps that can crit.

Just by the by, Jinx W casting speed scales with attack speed, so either replacing Grudge or Arc for Rapid Fire, PD, or Blade of the Ruined King would dip into the raw damage, but would decrease how long you stand there looking like an idiot while the enemy team sets up on you.

It's always fun watching laners who usually say Jinx is OP try her out and realize how bad her early game is and how it's difficult to even farm for the first 15 minutes because your only reliable poke damage forces you to stand still for a full second.
i play lethality jinx for some time now ...since i 1st tried it i never played her as adc anymore ...too much fun ...also i love skillshots sooo yeah ....w is fun one of my fav ...i differ5 in build but will try some u took ...for me axiom is 3rd item cause of ult reset ...thx for the vid ^^ ps ...i take duskblade for invisibility ...idk will try eclipse

Yeah, tear on Jinx is pretty useless. It does solve the mana problem. But it and Manamune are just subpar on her. I've always gone Presence of Mind to solve the mana issue. Then I can go straight lethality from the start. Its not as good as tear. But it makes the mana issue manageable.

Hey Pekin, I'm not a great player by any means but I think you are using her chompers wrong (when trying to escape Nasus). You want to throw them in the direction you are fleeing so that you run over them yourself, and anyone interested in chasing you is required to do the same. Obviously sometimes you can use them to get a pick as well but that seems to be the best tactic for escaping as Jinx

Looks like you can loop the slows at about 60 haste. Could almost get there in two items with Duskblade + Black Cleaver... Brb, gonna victimize some people with this. Not sure yet whether the victims will be the enemies or my teammates.
