Is the anima really just a "relating function" that just happens to project itself into feminine objects, or is it more fair to describe it as an actual woman within? What are your thoughts? 🤠
The first more like. There is also the Animus in males as well, don't forget. These are like object relations within yourself and feel like actual entities some times. I dunno, just my thoughts...
@@Zara-tt7rh in a sense, the feminine and masculine are concepts in psychadelics too. Dmt is the feminine (mother ayahuasca) mescaline is the masculine Its thought of as the grandfather psychadelic
The animation at the start was so fuckin sick Anyway, I want to tell people my experience with the right brain, for anyone curious. I've noticed something strange about it. Last year, I spent the majority of my time working extremely hard--only focusing on left brain activities--I wouldn't write or play music.. I would just work and basically tell my right brain to shut up. But after a couple months my right brain was literally clawing its way into my headspace (if that makes sense). I was just exploding with ideas and thoughts. Just thought I'd share this because it might be a way to access the right brain..
I knew the rectal nature of Tools album Aenima but Never caught the double entendre. I knew 46 and 2 was an ode of the jungian shadow but according to wiki The title Ænima is a combination of the words 'anima' (Latin for 'soul' and associated with the ideas of "life force", and a term often used by psychologist Carl Jung) and 'enema', the medical procedure involving the injection of fluids into the rectum.[15] So much deeper meaning all around us. LOVE the content BOYO!
I like the boxing analogy...but your jab should be used to gauge distance and obstruct the vision of your opponent...not annoy lol but it is annoying. That is secondary function lmao
Inspirational masculinity lies somewhere in the simultaneous balance between two states. There is the wonderment, joy, and overreaching vision of a child. The other is the raw, rugged, willpower of a starving monster on the hunt.
I am glad I found this! I am currently reading Maps of Meaning and Jordan was explaining the left and right hemispheres. I was kinda grasping it, but your video is helping it make more sense.
I got very excited when you talked about Jung and how people get cultish about him. I had the same thought. Though I’ve started exploring him, I do not want to get caught up in him and his exact terminology. Perhaps this is because of my time in the church and my subsequent leaving it due to (to steal from Jordan Peterson) ideological possession. I often can connect concepts or lines of thought from say Christianity, to Jung, to psychology, or some other thinker or idea that has been presented to me. I’ve been trying to practice this idea of avoiding ideological possession (if you will) while trying to gain some level of understanding or actualization (that term is ill defined to me at this moment, but I think I may be grasping at it.)
Uberboyo, I think a dream I had might be of interest to you. A shadow entity actually SPOKE to me, just like you described here in your video - I was flying through the air, exploring the outside world when suddenly, I fell to the ground. I saw a black figure (the Shadow?) and a 3 headed dragon (Archetype/alchemical symbol of Mercurius?) walking towards me. Out of sheer panic and fear, I ran and climbed over a tall fence into a garden and hid behind 2 people, a man and a woman. The devil figure approached the other side of the fence but couldn’t enter the garden. Although it did communicate with me psychically, saying, ‘If you do not do something, I will take your mother away from you.’ It touched my navel, listing several ways in which it could tear me apart and sent cockroaches crawling over my body to scare me. I shut my eyes and couldn’t open them again as I ran away into a house. I teleported into my bed, saying psychically to my dad, ‘Where is this devil?’ And he said, ‘He’s with your mother.’ There’s actually a lot of Garden of Eden symbology here. I’ve also had reoccurring dreams about my mother turning into a snake. I think it’s worth noting that I suffer from CPTSD from years of traumatic abuse from both my parents but I’m only now going through trauma therapy to process, set boundaries and reconnect with my emotions. Please if anyone can tell me what they think and let me know I’d you’ve had similar experiences, I would really appreciate it! Keep up the juicy goodness Uberboyo, you’re my fav youtuber of all time!
Hey Sophie, I'm just a random person on the Internet so take this with the biggest grain of salt in the world. I think you're right about the Garden association. Inside the walls you're safe but eventually you need to go out into the chaos of the fallen world and you are naked outside. You need to wear garments of skin, like Adam and Eve so you don't get stung by the thorns. Weirdly, in the dream you seem to be wearing them both as garments of skin by standing behind them, as in you're literally using them as a protection from evil. They may be an image of your ideal parents protecting you in the way you would have wanted. Have you thought why the devil touched you in the navel? May be something there. I really wish you the best!
Is there a quality about your mother you fear is a quality that you have? What you hold as feminine is wrapped up with the shadow, so to me it feels like there might be some aspect about her you don’t want to look at, but it’s in some sense a quality you have that you’ll only be free of if you come to terms with it. The devil pointing to your navel also denotes the physical connection you once had with your mother, where the umbilical cord was. That’s just my guess though. Take however people interpret your dreams with a giant grain of salt.
Hey @uberboyo, Listen, ok, maybe your research work and opinion is worth scientifically but the interlude animation, in this combination, the female, your male voice and the animations are genius! @@uberboyo Love how it was the matter of the battle between the heart(emotion) and brain(rationalism).. but BOOM you got the right and left hemisphere! Really juicy and cool stuff ahaha
HARDWARE QUESTION: Anybody knows how "the left and the right brain" relate to "the primal, emotional and rational brains"? Do they overlap? And if so, in what way?
This is kinda cool because my way of thinking of it was the rational or left brain was the masculine energy and the right or emotional or whatever you wanna call it, is the feminine energy. When you think of how women will give men shit tests like asking them completely illogical questions for the man to prove their love and the man can either play into the shit test or throw it to the side. This would be the right and left brain going at it. Right brain throws shit test at left brain and left brain decides how to move with that. Idk lol
Left brain is perceiving through the lens of separation, right brain is perceiving through the lens of interconnectedness and unity, i.e. not separation. Left hemisphere is tunnel vision aka vergence, right is panoramic vision. Left is the ego of eckhart tolle and vipassina, the right is the witness. Hence why McGilchrist uses the term ‘the master and his emissary’. Jung’s unconscious, may be a way of understanding the right brain, especially when he starts to talk about the collective unconscious. I would also say the animistic world view is an even better interface than monotheistic religion.
Eckhart Tolle has no fcking idea what the ego even is and spreads misinformation about it. All the guy says is: hurr durr ego bad hurr durr, hurr durr it will stop you from enlightenment hurr durr. As if it is something seperate from you telling you to do certain things that are bad and evil.
“In each of us there is in mind we use for all our waking deeds. But there is another mind as well, a sleeping mind.” - Patrick Rothfuss, The Wise Man’s Fear My sleeping mind leads me to the most synchronistic of things... Worth considering: the anima/“sleeping mind” may be more than just the right brain: think the enteric nervous system and somatic therapy which point to how our unconscious may be distributed throughout our entire body... 🌠
I'd like to do a video interview about potential ideas for a new synthesis of all the knowledge we've acquired as a humanity so far. Also, this style video was amazing. It acted like little trigger points throughout in terms of different ideas and thought landscapes to explore and fly over with ease. You're a very good spirit pilot/tour guide is what I'm basically saying.
It's quite complex, I'd recommend you research it 90% of people are right handed, so that's the "standard design" of how the brain is organized But 10% is a huge amount of people!
One month ago I had a similar experience when I was on meth. A spirit talked to me but it was using my voice in real time. Said “ When you are dry, I’ll get you” I prayed to God and it left. It felt as if I was under control. (Also female entity). Still freaked out about it but as a Christian tho I was lost have regained the Holy Spirits peace.
I love your part on dreams. I’ve had problems with bad dreams and nightmares since I was a kid, but it wasn’t until I was an adult. I figured out I could tell my brain not to have them. I just quite literally say in my head or out loud that I do not need to see anything like that tonight. I tell my kids to do that and it works so far. So I’m literally talking to my right brain and telling it to cut that shit out 😂

I lived in a town called Portroe on Loch Derg in Tipperary county in 1986-87. It was a magical time in my life and you make me want to go see my old friends.
You’re about to split my mind again
Just for that beginning alone, this most definitely deserves a like.
How come i have just found this channel after dealing with 2020. Thanks for your content
thank you for doing what you're doing. and thank you for the video for those who are students and unemployed. i really appreciate it.
Love this video man, so many insights.. it was crazy. So much clarity. Or am I just baked.
Idk, but you did great brotha. Keep up the good work.
I love how excited and passionate your are in speaking about these topics
I’m incredibly proud to be a boyo to witness videos just like this! I’ve been studying astrology from archetypal jungian perspective for the past few years now & it’s fascinating to witness the correlations to the ages (aeons) of astrology - 2,150 years ago we witnessed the peak of the Piscean age era (right brain) and now we’re peaking into the Aquarian age (left brain). The interface has been dying, yet the renaissance is returning thanks to the boyos!! Psychedelics originally awakened me into this anima headspace and I’ve been connecting with anima integration ever since. This video really helped to put a couple of ideas into their proper place. Thank you, Uberboyo!! That intro was insanely beautiful

😂
i love the (anima)tions.
What a great exposition! - very clear explanations for very deep thoughts
Thanks for making another video, your my favorite You tuber on topics like this by far, thanks for all your videos
Your videos are amazing nothing like it on the tubes!

"The two jelly blobs in the mind" ....brilliant!, I'm def going to need to use that.... 😊 thank you 😊
OMG!! I got it. You put it all together. But I got it.! Jordan Peterson had the right phrase, “Put your house in Order” Jung and Nietzsche were brilliant but one was able to build his “matrix” (house) and the other could not. It almost got Jordan Peterson but he found “his” way. I’ve watched most of your videos but this one tied it in a bow!! So much gratitude for you.
This guy is manic but it makes for great content lmao. I must say he conveyed this idea to me in a way that was relatively easy to comprehend. Please keep the Jung content coming. Im subscribed!
Hes taking over. 33k views in 2 weeks. Intros are better than ever. Let it be known, under the the name the "existentialist", I previously declared that this guy was going to reach the top one day. I'll keep my old post to prove it. I want a signed copy Uberboyo.Great video. See you at the top
cheers boyo! hit me up on twitter or instagram DM's an tell me a bit about yourself
Oooo boyooo, can't wait to see you grow
Is the anima really just a "relating function" that just happens to project itself into feminine objects, or is it more fair to describe it as an actual woman within? What are your thoughts? 🤠
The first more like. There is also the Animus in males as well, don't forget. These are like object relations within yourself and feel like actual entities some times. I dunno, just my thoughts...
Apply the Feynman technique to technical jargon before you use it in your speech
The psyche is androgynous after all
Is the purple DMT lady related to this idea?
@@Zara-tt7rh in a sense, the feminine and masculine are concepts in psychadelics too. Dmt is the feminine (mother ayahuasca) mescaline is the masculine Its thought of as the grandfather psychadelic
Beautiful! Amazing! Keep going deeper boyo and reawakening the spirit of Man. Don't let the beast swallow it.
The animation at the start was so fuckin sick
Anyway, I want to tell people my experience with the right brain, for anyone curious.
That animation at the start was bomb! Fantastic video...!
Just ... AMAZING Thanks for sharing your Beautiful with us all 🙌💖
I knew the rectal nature of Tools album Aenima but Never caught the double entendre. I knew 46 and 2 was an ode of the jungian shadow but according to wiki
The title Ænima is a combination of the words 'anima' (Latin for 'soul' and associated with the ideas of "life force", and a term often used by psychologist Carl Jung) and 'enema', the medical procedure involving the injection of fluids into the rectum.[15]
So much deeper meaning all around us. LOVE the content BOYO!
Schism could be about the hemispheres trying to reconnect?
I have already watched this three times, it's brilliant, thank you so much for all the work you've put into this video.
Another great video mate 👍 keep ‘me rolling in.
I like the boxing analogy...but your jab should be used to gauge distance and obstruct the vision of your opponent...not annoy lol but it is annoying. That is secondary function lmao
Wonderful work Steph!!!
Spot on so helpful this should be in middle school curriculum🦋🕊
Amazing man, your videos become better !
Will you make a video about animus?
I'm looking into it! Not my expertise
Inspirational masculinity lies somewhere in the simultaneous balance between two states. There is the wonderment, joy, and overreaching vision of a child. The other is the raw, rugged, willpower of a starving monster on the hunt.
Just discovered you boyo ,watched 4 vids and i love you already 💙💚💛🧡💜❤ thank you beautifull human man 🤗
Do you realize how much punch these videos actually pack🤯
You're a delight! What a lucky find in the www. XO
This was fantastic and brilliantly presented my friend, thank you!
A shadow entity actually SPOKE to me, just like you described here in your video -
I was flying through the air, exploring the outside world when suddenly, I fell to the ground. I teleported into my bed, saying psychically to my dad, ‘Where is this devil?’ And he said, ‘He’s with your mother.’
There’s actually a lot of Garden of Eden symbology here.
Other people's dreams are generally uninteresting
Is there a quality about your mother you fear is a quality that you have? What you hold as feminine is wrapped up with the shadow, so to me it feels like there might be some aspect about her you don’t want to look at, but it’s in some sense a quality you have that you’ll only be free of if you come to terms with it. The devil pointing to your navel also denotes the physical connection you once had with your mother, where the umbilical cord was.
That’s just my guess though. Take however people interpret your dreams with a giant grain of salt.
Good shit bro!!
Love the animated intro🔥 more of these
Love that I laugh out loud at most every conclusion. Comic relief; genius.
Love the editing!
This was so eye-opening, thank you a lot for this video!
You make so great content and it’s always an amazing journey going into you Videos. Great Work Uberyoyo!
Hey @uberboyo,
Listen, ok, maybe your research work and opinion is worth scientifically but the interlude animation, in this combination, the female, your male voice and the animations are genius! It deserves an own platform, my dear!
If I find out that you keep on working in this triangle, you will be the first people I would love to support via Patreon or such.
come on
I did the two handed punch and the volume immediately jumped 5 billion percent
(28:30) But when he came to the fire, a cry was heard from the right bank of the valley, from a tree in the hallowed ground: “O Moses, verily I am Allah, the Lord of all creatures of the Universe."
Thank you, this seems to be what I was looking for from you,.funny how.life works out.
I love playing Uberboyo's videos while I workout.
I pretty much just lay on my weight bench staring at the ceiling while thinking for over an hour, but my wife is fooled.
Found ya through Thoughts on Thinking's channel. Good content here mate, subbed
Well done. I very much enjoyed watching. Thank you.
that Leo meme definitely gives me dragon of chaos energy
This was beautiful
You should be teaching at Yale, Harvard or Google.
Brilliant as usual!! Many great insights, but what is the position of the heart from all of this?
its a big deal! the DRIVING force perhaps
@@uberboyo Love how it was the matter of the battle between the heart(emotion) and brain(rationalism).. but BOOM you got the right and left hemisphere! Really juicy and cool stuff ahaha
Just commenting to raise the engagement stats
Padthosestatsson
Try saying something interesting instead, you are just virtue signaling for your own ego
As if it is something seperate from you telling you to do certain things that are bad and evil.
amazing video
This is my new favorite video
“In each of us there is in mind we use for all our waking deeds. But there is another mind as well, a sleeping mind.” - Patrick Rothfuss, The Wise Man’s Fear
My sleeping mind leads me to the most synchronistic of things...
This is a great video. Helped me a lot
That was awesome! Thank you!
You just kinda breezed past it, but "Life is suffering, living is finding meaning in the suffering" is a damned PROFOUND line
transformation alleviates suffering
I concur.
Outstanding!
Emotions are what give meaning to life so in that way the right hemisphere is the leader of the psyche
Hey you mad Irishman !
Just wanted to ask, how does being left handed affect the constitution of my brain?
Thanks man, keep up the good work!
It's quite complex, I'd recommend you research it
90% of people are right handed, so that's the "standard design" of how the brain is organized
But 10% is a huge amount of people!
Thank you.🖤
One month ago I had a similar experience when I was on meth. A spirit talked to me but it was using my voice in real time. Said “ When you are dry, I’ll get you” I prayed to God and it left. It felt as if I was under control. (Also female entity). Still freaked out about it but as a Christian tho I was lost have regained the Holy Spirits peace.
Yeah, you might wanna get off the meth..
Magnifique, Magnify, Magic
I love your part on dreams. I’ve had problems with bad dreams and nightmares since I was a kid, but it wasn’t until I was an adult. I figured out I could tell my brain not to have them. I just quite literally say in my head or out loud that I do not need to see anything like that tonight. I tell my kids to do that and it works so far. So I’m literally talking to my right brain and telling it to cut that shit out 😂
