Always seen your shorts & know you’re a real one. Used to be a chef in Toronto, used to work at Canoe under Chef Ron McKinley & at Quetzal, became exec sous chef for a group on 461 King St W that has since closed. Fucking love that you’re doing these long form videos. I love seeing your take with your connections! Would highly recommend going to Quetzal too! Great food, no gas line in the restaurant, just wood fire. Expensive, but a Michelin star place! 10/10 recommend

Calculated what they ate roughly $300CAD based on the menu (w/a drink), not bad honestly if you are splitting that between two people for a higher end meal. I will definitely be stopping by the next time I am in TO.
