Love the set up and the review! I wouldn't go so far as to say the fight is extremely different on a forehand because of the disc itself! Whenever a disc gets a release that isn't as clean it will wobble into a turnover, and lots of midranges tend to have wonky releases on a forehand, so I'd attribute the altered flight to your release more than the mold. Just my two cents!
For my backhand this disc is super reliable on a flat/anhyzer release. Always finishes but gives me great distance. For more powerful throwers I can see this being a great midrange for controlled straight flights. And on FH it is more torque resistant than other stable mid ranges in my experience. The roc3 or buzzz will flip up easier.
This is a great comment! I'm learning to love this disc for the backhand. Ya know, these disc review videos are funny because it's my first initial reactions, but most of the time I end up having a completely different opinion after throwing it for a week.
Is there any noticeable difference stability-wise between the 400 and 500 one? WIth Prodigy's distance drivers there's a huge difference between 400 and 500, but that didn't seem to be the Case with the Archive?!
I didn't notice a difference, they were both brand new out of the box and flew exactly the same. I think only the pros would find very small differences between the two. But to you and I, they're the same, it just comes down to personal preference!
Pretty slick. I'm not necessarily opposed to a bead, but I'm certainly not a fan. So these are definitely more my style.
I'm not a fan of a bead on any of my discs, but to each their own! This disc is butter though!

This is a great comment, I had no idea about that, thank you Colin!
.....it is completely normal for a disc to exhibit more turn on a forehand than a backhand.
