I don't understand why emails can't be more direct. Why do I need to inquire about anything? I just want to state the purpose and be done. Why do I have to compose a letter?

Can we use informal english just like wanna,gonna etc or can we use abbreviations in the professional emails and business emails ?

1. No new line space.
2. No meeting agenda details
