Great footage of young Bill Bruford. This song never has the same energy without him, despite all the incredible drummers that have played in the band.
🤘🧙♂️🤘
Rich the Ancient Metal Beast
I saw this. It prompted me to buy Larks' Tongues in Aspic.
Gabriel is still as imaginative as ever and the video is just unbelievably stunningly, how many times will you have to watch this to see everything that is happening, just another level above astonishing!
Absolutely mindblowing 👍
Daaaaaaaaang! King Crimson hit the spot for me. I had a true musical awakening when as a kid I went away for school and was out of my parents house where music was a rare thing. First I discovered what the main stream was listening to, and then what the not so main stream listened too. I guess I was anything but main stream! This one had me thinking up tune titles like "Toad brains in wine sauce" and of course "Dog nose fillets with truffles"... It didn't end there with tunes like Zappa's "Dog breath Variations"...🤪
Wow! What a great band. A force of nature. 🤩❤
Brilliant. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
Que maestros no más oír que está época una obra como está,que años ! Solo para los que verdaderamente les gusta el progresivo de buena calidad 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗
4:02 In 1972, at age 16, I saw these guys at a small venue where I sat front & center at the Kennedy center ; my mind was forever altered. As a young drummer, it was nice to see Bill Bruford knock it off the court.
これは貴重な映像!BBCのライブも見たい
Fantastic not seen this!! Look how easy Bill Bruford makes the drumming look. Happy 50th LTIA
Great footage of a legendary band !
Saw this band (best Crimson ever!) at the Felt Forum in 74. Still I think the best concert I've ever seen.
Fantastic performance. These guys were incredible. Half this crowd didn't know what hit them. :)
The Midnight Special clips I've watched featured acts like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ted Nugent and similar. Very bold of whoever it was who booked the acts. I hope they kept their job after this.
I loved King Crimson and Midnight Special but must have missed that episode. Would have remembered them being on it. Thanks for sharing. 😊
FANTÁSTICOS...UMA BANDA AINDA ALÉM DO NOSSO TEMPO
Awesome theme and LP, iconic era of KC
Magical footage!
Never got to see this lineup but I did get to see a couple shows with Adrian Belew and Tony Levin in the band
Absolutely Amazing ❤
This was actually from June 12, 1973. Wetton's birthday. He turned 24 that day.
They are the masters in the art of making your skin crawl. Drinking some strong coffee before listening enhances that effect.
