Honda seems to be leading in terms of tech in japanese cars within this price point. Also rear vents for a sedan of this price is HUGE. Napakainit sa bansa natin ngayon hahahaha
I've noticed that in the past few years... Toyota hasnt been that "innovative" (except for the new innova zenix *wink wink*) in terms of incorporating tech into the newer models. I mean, look at the Fortuner line. So i hope the Vios can bring something new this time around.

@@PeterPenn10 yup... Toyota's been banking on their "Toyota = reliable" branding to somewhat excuse themselves from significantly innovating. Hopefully Honda and other brands can light a fire under them... It would be good for the consumers.

Hi I'm from Malaysia, and over here, the RS Model isn't too far different except we're on right hand driving and the rear side does come with usb-c , instead of 12v charger. Also your reviews are far more excellent than those from my country which are sort of rubbish. Very entertaining review, thank you.

Any advise for a first car I'm planning to buy either honda city rs or ford territory. I've driven a toyota hilux and a wigo before however it wasn't mine, any suggestions guys on which one would be a better buy for me? I'm not really particular about cabin space, just a good engine with a better price-to-performance ratio and overall features.

thanks to the China Brands that shook up the PH automotive market, they finally realized that they shouldn't short change their customers.
China brands are less- compare to Japan brands, kahit mga Chinese sa Pilipinas mas prefered ang mga Toyota or Mitsubishi kesa China brands

I get to take a look at the new Honda City at Ayala Centrio. I used to be own a City back in the 2010s. My wife and I fell in love with the new City. Planning to get one. EIther the V variant of the RS.
Will the city hatch get honda sensing too?
I like the dual 12V sockets, that way you can buy GaN chargers that would allow you to charge high capacity devices like power delivery laptops, handheld gaming devices.

Sadly it won't going to be a big deal for a lot of people in the US considering the size of the car, space, the engine hp it makes, lack of tech and so on. Granted someone will choose this but not a lot so it maybe not worth it for Honda to bring it up.
They were planning to bring both the city sedan and hatchback to the us but cancelled the idea due to subcompact cars having poor sales in the US.

Having a honda civic with honda sensing. It is the best feature plus having a fuel efficient engine. Guys buy this new city promise its worth it. Btw my old car before civic 2023 is city 2019.

I am your avid fan and your vlogs are very informative and unbiased. However I need your opinion. I am planning to purchase a car, we are a family of 4. My choices are Honda City RS and Honda BRV S CVT, which do you think is better?

as an owner of the new city rs, it is the most worthy car to try, honda sensing is very useful, it literally drives by itself, it keeps you in lane, has acc (most cars in this price point may have ordinary cruise or not at all), rear vents (which most compact sedans and some crossover doesn't have), sadly no sunroof, 360cams (tbh, 360 cams on cheap cars are sub par and inaccurate, just need sensors which is also not available on this car, only rear cam with 3 view modes), powered seats is almost unecessary for me, it has smart keyless entry, wireless android/apple, and can start the car from outside. Other features like rear seatbelt sensor, window rolling up and down from keyfob, and type 3 gauge cluster is not available for some reason. Driving perspective, it has ample amount of power to accelerate and climb even the steepest grades, good handling, can handle sharp corners with a small hint of understeer because of obvious reasons. Overall, I like the car, it does what it says, such a fun car to drive while doing errands.
Honda sensing to all models, leather seats, if aren't for chinese cars, honda and other japanese would stick to the basics

Incomplete ADAS, no mention of 360 camera or adaptive cruise control.
As an owner of the 2021 model, I’m just glad they didn’t do much in terms of improving the looks of the RS model. The front bumper on this looks tacky.

Makes no sense they added sensing across the board for the City but in order to get the same features on the BRV, you need to go with the top end model.
Brv is still 2023 right. Probably the 2024 models would get the same treatment
@@ninjaaabunnnyDisappointed with how they treated the Philippine market honestly. They released the “2023 BRV” more than a year late vs other countries. By the time they released the car, the tech is already outdated and yet it’s still more expensive than the competition. I doubt they will release a 2024 BRV because of this. Hopefully, we don’t have to wait longer because I really think the BRV has a good market here.
