Raiden by far is the best cause of her versatility. In fact I’d say she is made to be the most versatile dps in the game considering she can be slotted into just about anything combination of supports and sub dps. Yae is the best because of its ease of play. You just place turrets and you can easily play another character, e.g. maintain 100% electro shred I made my Yae c6 on her 1st rerun and she never left my party
She's also the only electro DPS who needs expensive constellations to make her viable. Raiden is a weak weakling at c0. Honestly, Id rather have the other electro DPS who's already strong at c0 lol

Fischl ult is just the same as her skill. You just fly arround a bit with oz after summoning him him, while the skill just summons him. You just use Fischl ult when her sill isnt‘t ready yet if you rotate to her, because flying with oz is a usually a waste of time.
