Probably gonna have her on the Sieg/Emile banner despite Emile having zero synergy. It'd make a lot of sense for sales, since you'll have players pull on what a lot of people might consider a "filler" banner and waste their freemos shooting for a character they might not get, then when a character they want/isn't filler comes in, boom, suddenly you're in a hard place.

lyney who has the same passive was literally released at the same time as fontaine. imo it's more annoying that they chose to release sethos almost 2 years after sumeru dropped. sure tighnari exists but the only way you can get him (if you didn't pull on his release banner) is through losing the 5050 to him. at least with clorinde and lyney you can guarantee that you can get them.

tested chlorinde on trial, she is way underrated. even though she can't do big damage on single blow. the consecutive damage + pp mechanic + reaction + energy consumption + rotation = versatile. I love it. can sustain survivability and damage boost with 4 star characters. The quick rotation between mobs attack so fast that you don't have to worry about interruption.
Ngl, the overloaded f2p team is definitely “reasonably powerful” considering both thoma and chevreuse are c6. Fischl probably is also😂. If didn’t anything, be worse than dehya jk. I still think aggravate would be the only thing worth a crap, especially if didn’t have chevreuse and thoma c6. I’ve got kazuha and nahida for aggravate so.

For anyone actually wondering why healing bonus is working in weird ways, it is due to the fact that her skill actually heals way more than the initial 2k but we only see 2k because the rest is "wasted" on her bond of life (which is 105% of her hp) so it's actually a heal of 2k+105% of her hp (around 20k healing so) so the if you increase this 20k by 20% it becomes 24k (so 4k more than the initial 2 that we saw in the first place)
11:50 Not 100% sure but just a theory She basically out heals the lifebound she applied on herself so the 105% lifebound is drained by a healing that would equal it then add the 2k to give some bonus healing but with the healing bonus stat, it boost the healing received by the 105% lifebound heal and since the lifebound was already healed originally, the bonus healing just carried over and made it heal her by 6k

Feels like many DPS before her. Navia, reasonably strong. Wriothsley, reasonable strong... as long as you are willing to set them up, build them, team them, etc. The DPS' everyone is waiting for is very strong + very comfortable, ie. Neuvi, Arle, Haitham, etc.

If possible, can you make a weapon showcase for Clorinde? Cause her weapon banner is shared with Al haitham so probably quite a number of people got his weapon (myself included), and I'm also wondering that when compared to Haran (Ayato's signature), how much better does it do?
From what i remember from theory crafters. Her signature weapon def BiS, but i wouldnt say its more that 15-10% better than the two listed 5* options. Using lofi is good if you plan to use an aggravate/quick bloom team and is a good stat stick. Using haran, you need to be careful of over capping on crit rate. Comparing these two id say haran seems better.
I’ve noticed that Clorinde’s magnum impales have a big problem with high ping. I have around 250ms ping and whenever I try to use the magnum impale the instance the third shot occurs, and the bond of life bar appears to have reached 105%, it only preforms the mid impale, not the magnum impale. The game hasn’t registered that her BoL has actually increased to 105% yet. I need to wait a moment for the game to register that her bond of life has increased to 105% and that she can actually preform the magnum impale. This slows me down so much that I can barely preform 6 impales during her infusion.
Kuki, Thoma, Chevreuse and Clorinde is kickin some @ss... I haven't gotten any luck on artifact with good cr/cd/hp/er stat... She's pretty good with finale of the deep, building them in my first complete Overload team...

i think, for the duration of her skill, they should've given her a custom quick dash that uses her impale animation that way you dont have to waste an impale in order to reposition, and also i wish they'd given her impale more range and the ability to pierce through enemies. Her playstyle would then become an extremely mobile gun slinger with a sword pierce for rapid repositioning behind enemies
Important note using xinqiu and C6 Clorinde it's possible to nullify 109% of the dmg Clorinde takes due Clorinde gaining 80% Dmg RES passive during her skill,and Short shorts boi offering a 29% reduction upon using his skill slash 1st than switching to Clorinde and using her skill. Meaning Clorinde = Maple?
Have not used her much yet but fun fact her pistol shots in her skill are full auto like ayato so I just use audio to just go “bang, bang, bang, stab” over and over, units will improve her teams a lot, furinas healing bonus is massive for her on top of the damage, nahida is nahida, I’d say chevruse teams are definitely more f2p friendly if you have chevruse that is
if you want better on paper numbers choose alhaitham, but if you want someone with longevity and better team comps/ syngery choose chlorinde. She’s basically an updated raiden and will likely see better team comps in natlan than alhaitham.
If I make a guess, alhaitham better but only because of hyperbloom, clorinde interferes with kuki hyperbloom and she herself has no em scaling so quickbloom is bad. idk if kazuha can bring clorinde up to hyperbloom level (because let's be honest, alhaitham outside of hyperbloom is mid, same as clorinde)

Hek her off-field skill enables overload in 3 pyro chervuse, clorinde will have a hard time with that. clorinde is a better keqing. but keqing still has quickswap.

I don't really want or need her, but I just decided to do random 10 pulls (currently at 5 pity) and won 50/50, since I really want Alhaitham weapon so I choose his weapon and pulls, and also got his weapon within 70 pulls, now I can start saving for Natlan character of there's no interesting character before new region released. A little bit regret but at least I got Alhaitham weapon that I really want the most.
I doubt anyone will see this (or care), but man, life is a struggle when you have a broken character. I've been trying to get my 2nd team dps to get at least close to my 1st team's, and it just isn't working. My Arlecchino (1st team main dps) hits so insanely hard, easily doing 100K+ damage per hit, and just deleting anything and everything, while both my Neuvillette and Clorinde struggle to have half the efficiency. Of course, teams are a factor, but even with optimal teams, it's not even close. And my Arlecchino (for now) is only c1/r1, while my Clorinde and Neuvi sit at c0/r0, as I was saving for Furina when Neuvi ran (and lost on his rerun), and I got Clorinde on accident more or less. I had only a few pulls and threw them at her lol So now I end up with one hypercarrying team, and one that's... fine.
Lost to a 50/50 with Clorinde on my soft pity and instead got Mona. Decided to put the last 320 primogems, actually got a 3 star weapon and Clorinde on the second. Crazy luck I guess and I got C4 Bennett on the banner with C1 Sethos 😅
So she can also be used with stagger+damage reduction buffer like xingqiu, as well as subhealer chevreuse who also synergize perfectly to help trigger her 3 reaction passive. And what the other guy said; dodge.

@@prod.6ixsar 1.do you have Alhaithem? 2.Do you have grantee in weapon banner?(The last weapon you got isn't a featured weapon, ex: skyward) 3.Her BiS only fully works on her. Its is a good stat stick but not as versatile as Misplitter . She works good even with 4 stars . Definitely not as strong as someone like Neuv or Arle but decent .The Fontaine craftable weapon at R5 is still good on her. Also weapon banners are quite risky so proceed with caution .

for people that are thinking she is a mid character, look at the video iwtl released about alhaitham, they both do almost equivalent dps on elemental reactions and she does more damage than him if she is using an overload team, you just are disappointed that she is not an electro neuvillette that can do a shit ton of damage solo.
Gud pilot matter thou.. for most people.. Alhaitham will do more dmg. If u are not able to execute NNNE x 6. Better compare she with raiden to be honest. Neuv just bonker solo char. Even if compared to raiden, her personal dmg is better than raiden C0 but.. if u accounting for team dmg.. raiden is better and more comfy. Design wise i like Clorin more thou
If u know how to play Alhaitham properly, his dmg is much higher than clorinde. There is a reason why he is one of the best dps units in the game rn. Clorinde is good dont get me wrong, but she is not on the same level as haitham or other fontaine dps units except wrio.

I definitely thought she was gonna be op, or have perks on par with arlecchino at the very least. For example, keeping infusion when switching characters. I don't understand why the duration is so short though.

I’m pretty sure a 20% healing bonus gives Clorinde “x3” healing because the 20% healing bonus is applied to the bond of life healing. So basically the 20% healing bonus is 20% of the healing it takes to remove her bond of life. Edit: did the math, 100% bond of life for IWTOG’s Clorinde is 19k hp and 20% of that is 3.8k so the “x3” extra healing checks out

I’ve noticed that Clorinde’s magnum impales have a big problem with high ping. I have around 250ms ping and whenever I try to use the magnum impale the instance the third shot occurs, and the bond of life bar appears to have reached 105%, it only preforms the mid impale, not the magnum impale. The game hasn’t registered that her BoL has actually increased to 105% yet. I need to wait a moment for the game to register that her bond of life has increased to 105% and that she can actually preform the magnum impale. This slows me down so much that I can barely preform 6 impales during her infusion.

Kuki, Thoma, Chevreuse and Clorinde is kickin some @ss... I haven't gotten any luck on artifact with good cr/cd/hp/er stat... She's pretty good with finale of the deep, building them in my first complete Overload team...

i think, for the duration of her skill, they should've given her a custom quick dash that uses her impale animation that way you dont have to waste an impale in order to reposition, and also i wish they'd given her impale more range and the ability to pierce through enemies. Her playstyle would then become an extremely mobile gun slinger with a sword pierce for rapid repositioning behind enemies

Important note using xinqiu and C6 Clorinde it's possible to nullify 109% of the dmg Clorinde takes due Clorinde gaining 80% Dmg RES passive during her skill,and Short shorts boi offering a 29% reduction upon using his skill slash 1st than switching to Clorinde and using her skill. Meaning Clorinde = Maple?

Have not used her much yet but fun fact her pistol shots in her skill are full auto like ayato so I just use audio to just go “bang, bang, bang, stab” over and over, units will improve her teams a lot, furinas healing bonus is massive for her on top of the damage, nahida is nahida, I’d say chevruse teams are definitely more f2p friendly if you have chevruse that is
How does she perform with Lion's Roar? I got mine in a 10 pull 50/50 so I need to build her.
It's much worse than Finale of the deep. So i wouldn't recommend using Lion's roar over it.
Just use battle pass weapons, if not, the older battle pass, black sword also works

if you want better on paper numbers choose alhaitham, but if you want someone with longevity and better team comps/ syngery choose chlorinde. She’s basically an updated raiden and will likely see better team comps in natlan than alhaitham.
If I make a guess, alhaitham better but only because of hyperbloom, clorinde interferes with kuki hyperbloom and she herself has no em scaling so quickbloom is bad.
idk if kazuha can bring clorinde up to hyperbloom level (because let's be honest, alhaitham outside of hyperbloom is mid, same as clorinde)
@@s1rskiii_ idk how clorinde is supposed to be raiden updated except desgin..... raiden's role as driver for high energy sub dps is uncontested and her skill off-field gives hyperbloom flex or even quickswap in aggravate. Hek her off-field skill enables overload in 3 pyro chervuse, clorinde will have a hard time with that.
clorinde is a better keqing. but keqing still has quickswap.

First unit with a 45% uptime on their skill. The lowest one before that was Ayato, with 50% uptime, since his E lasts 6s and has a 12s CD.
@@psych0p4ss28 I mean sure Arlecchino can have a 100% uptime on pyro infusion but she does next to no damage when her bond of life is low, you are forced to spend the back end of your rotation doing no damage unless you ult to refresh your E.
huh? ugg, what a great unit, if only I had any clue how to use her :( think I run her for a week and circle back to the video so maybe I can understand. I love that they FINALLY added guns to the units as the mobs have had them since launch.. I just with her weapon was actually some pistols.

I don't really want or need her, but I just decided to do random 10 pulls (currently at 5 pity) and won 50/50, since I really want Alhaitham weapon so I choose his weapon and pulls, and also got his weapon within 70 pulls, now I can start saving for Natlan character of there's no interesting character before new region released. A little bit regret but at least I got Alhaitham weapon that I really want the most.
20pulls i got her, 10 pulls and her weapon with the other one as well.

I doubt anyone will see this (or care), but man, life is a struggle when you have a broken character.
I've been trying to get my 2nd team dps to get at least close to my 1st team's, and it just isn't working.
My Arlecchino (1st team main dps) hits so insanely hard, easily doing 100K+ damage per hit, and just deleting anything and everything, while both my Neuvillette and Clorinde struggle to have half the efficiency.
Of course, teams are a factor, but even with optimal teams, it's not even close.
And my Arlecchino (for now) is only c1/r1, while my Clorinde and Neuvi sit at c0/r0, as I was saving for Furina when Neuvi ran (and lost on his rerun), and I got Clorinde on accident more or less. I had only a few pulls and threw them at her lol
So now I end up with one hypercarrying team, and one that's... fine.

So she can also be used with stagger+damage reduction buffer like xingqiu, as well as subhealer chevreuse who also synergize perfectly to help trigger her 3 reaction passive.

3.Her BiS only fully works on her. Its is a good stat stick but not as versatile as Misplitter .
She works good even with 4 stars . Definitely not as strong as someone like Neuv or Arle but decent .The Fontaine craftable weapon at R5 is still good on her. Also weapon banners are quite risky so proceed with caution .

for people that are thinking she is a mid character, look at the video iwtl released about alhaitham, they both do almost equivalent dps on elemental reactions and she does more damage than him if she is using an overload team, you just are disappointed that she is not an electro neuvillette that can do a shit ton of damage solo.
She is a fast attacking character ofc she can't deal high damage solo

Better compare she with raiden to be honest. Neuv just bonker solo char.
Even if compared to raiden, her personal dmg is better than raiden C0 but.. if u accounting for team dmg.. raiden is better and more comfy.

If u know how to play Alhaitham properly, his dmg is much higher than clorinde. There is a reason why he is one of the best dps units in the game rn.
Clorinde is good dont get me wrong, but she is not on the same level as haitham or other fontaine dps units except wrio.

I definitely thought she was gonna be op, or have perks on par with arlecchino at the very least. For example, keeping infusion when switching characters. I don't understand why the duration is so short though.
side note there's like 400+ more characters voiced by Clorinde's JP VA Yui Ishikawa . The woman is on par Aoi Yuuki another absurd Lady Seiyu who has destroyed common sense in anime just to bring those Characters to sSs+ tier status she carried So I'm a Spider so What? on her back like a Gigachad Atlas. Both the proformances these two is always Plus Ultra and Beyond.

Alhaitham has one of the strongest dps potentials, up there with premium hypercarry Neuv and Arle, if you’re willing to make the investment that is.
I’m pretty sure a 20% healing bonus gives Clorinde “x3” healing because the 20% healing bonus is applied to the bond of life healing. So basically the 20% healing bonus is 20% of the healing it takes to remove her bond of life.
Edit: did the math, 100% bond of life for IWTOG’s Clorinde is 19k hp and 20% of that is 3.8k so the “x3” extra healing checks out
