I mean for Passes and Bastions yes but cities is different since you have different troop types

Gunz you got the right garrison for mage main. Mag Goresh is the best for mage mains. The 400% Norma attack is like a 1300 skill damage and it takes all units into account

@@YTGunzCOD Actually one garrison on paper I think that is why better than Mag/Goresh is Mag/Hosk actually (Hosk Deputy). Hosk is an in between Goresh and Zay in terms of buff it provides but all the buff he provides is universal.
You get 40% normal attack damage if he is deputy so Mag going to hit hard. Not the 80% you get from Zay. But still good
Also his rage provides 20% attack, 30% HP and 10% damage dealt that is universal for all unit types. Not as good as goresh 60% physical attack but still since your mage main the 40% difference might be offset with that extra 20% on your mages. You lose the 20% damage reduction but that 30% HP might make up for it
But the true kicker is his awakening skill 30% crit on normal attack is better than Zay and higher up time. Also 30% crit rate on counter attack is huge since in city seiges all units are taken into consideration for counter attack.
I will give mag/hosk a shot. Just need to man my ass up this season and take one for science.
Again this is for mage main that are League of Order which most are. If you infantry, cav, or archer main all I said above goes out the window because you will be more weighted towards physical so you have more options
But if the enemy is surrounding your city. I would go Mag/Goresh to get those free kills. If its only a rally and you don't need the goresh AOE I think Mag/Hosk might be better depending on how your units are weighted
