The Dashboard Brake Lamp light illuminated on my 93 Accord yesterday, I needed to change a 2057 Bulb in one of my Taillights, no real problems with the old Hondas! I was thinking about how fortunate I was to not have a car with hundreds of sensors and multiple computers.
I think you described the problem well. 2022 civic hatchback touring here, 15K miles, so far not a single problem. After listening to your explanation, its easy to confirm I definitely dont experience this at all with mine. But i can see now why it may be concerning.. Hopefully get it worked out! Would agree, it would suck to spend all that $ on a car, only to have these problems! I found it funny my $13K MSRP chevy spark in 2014 was more "solid" than my 2023 civic. All 8 years i never had rattles/noise on my spark. But the civic i had to ziptie some wires that were rattling against plastic near the steering column..I noticed some dash/door rattles at times. In the winter the windows sometimes rattle a little, but it goes away when its warmer out. Its interesting goe a 3x value car, can feel cheaper, in those ways xD
I leased an Integra last September and I do agree with you regarding the creaks and rattles as I'm experiencing that myself and I only have just over 3,800 miles on it (I'm in the US). Tomorrow, I'm taking the car in for an oil change and I'm going to mention this to the dealership. I've noticed panel gaps in my car too.
I'm pretty sure The real problems will start after the warranty ... I have the 2024 Integra, no issues at the moment.. hopefully no issues in the future.. modern cars are not good😢
I want to know too, noticed it driving home from the dealership after getting 2 other issues addressed this evening. Filled out the NHTSA form too. ~7500 miles

The panel gaps kill me. I can literally see inside my engine bay from the gap and my bumpers don't like up on either side 😂😂
