I just started TRT but I opted to go with subcutaneous injections in the Abs with a 27g x 1/2” insulin syringe, they say it works just as well, fingers crossed
I used to lean against a wall and put in in my shoulder, the shoulder touching the wall, center mass. Sometimes got a muscle twitch which messed me up but usually worked well. Thigh seemed painful and difficult for me. Its a hard muscle. It’s possible to twist and put it in your glute, but might as well get someone else to do that for you. I never had any twitches in the glute.
You can. Most important is you want the muscle completely relaxed and not flexed. Also, do not go in slow like he demonstrated and use a 25 or 27g needle.
I sat in my bathroom for an hour watching video after video of self-injecting trt. There are other videos with tips and tricks that work for no pain. Look up "Nurse Scott" for pain-free injection tips. Unfortunately, you won't realize until you do it a few times that it's very easy and pain-free. That first injection though was a mind-bender. lol

Do you sit down when doing your V glute injection?

Can you guys do telemedicine if I'm living in California?
Easy? That's not easy at all...i would never do this on my own..is there an effective pill form instead?
Pill much less effective, gel even worse.

The music is annoying and unnecessary.
