  • This week we talk through a real-life example with Nate and Kathy about how to know when to speak up, and when to sit on your hands. When you notice your friend might be in sin, when is it your responsibility to say something? And how can you communicate clearly, kindly, and patiently with your brother or sister in Christ? We tackle all of that and more in this week’s episode!

This has been one of my favorite episodes because y’all have been really vulnerable and have exemplified what a disagreement between Christian friends can look like.

Thank you guys! I know that was hard and being vulnerable with us really does help. We get to see how these situations can be healed and how the Lord is sanctifying us everyday. Y’all are awesome and I love this podcast! Keep going!

In the context of their conversation, he's referring to using pastoral authority as an excuse to speak truth, but speak it without grace or a heart of love towards the audience.
