The Slot Players are cranking those things up past 11!😝 They’re louder than Jimi Hendrix’s Marshall amps at Woodstock! @@johnsworldofvideopoker Yeah, it's not fair for sure. Honestly though, I'm more annoyed when I play a machine that has zero sound. I need that auditory feedback.
Yes, I agree. We do need some level of control on the machine’s sounds. Some I’ve seen will not let the player adjust them any higher than the 25% level, they’re locked-in. Others, I have found, can not be adjusted at all. And some, like you say, have no sound at all. And zero sound is no good in my book too!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Hi Lisa, Thanks for asking. I’ll be releasing more videos soon and many more of them per month than I did last year. (So you can expect a much more expanded John’s World of Video Poker in 2023). Also, I’ll be revamping my Patreon page to make myself more available to folks who support my channel there. And I’ll be merchandising shirts, hats, wristbands, and poker chips in the near future, as well as, more, Meet & Greets, which I’ve been doing a lot of lately on the local level. I’ve been doing some off-camera bankroll building as well, so I can offer higher denomination play on my channel. So a lot is going-on behind the scenes actually and when I break-out with the videos, I’ll pound the videos out hard for the entire year. As for, The Slotmassacre, I’m not sure exactly what he and the other guys are up to, so I’m trending towards expanding my channel and building it Big on my own. Happy New Year. Thank you for caring. The Best is yet to come from John’s World of Video Poker in 2023😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
I’ve played Keno back in the day only sparingly and it was actually entertaining & fun, but the odds of winning are heavily stacked against the player. It can be a nuisance, however, when it becomes the loudest machine in a bank of video poker machines all being played quietly. Caveman Keno, with the sudden screeching by the pterodactyls, is very distracting at times, so I switch all the Keno machines to video poker when I enter an area if no one is playing them.😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
I believe I told you this before but VP and keno machines will be less and less as time goes by. My local is building a hotel and adding on to the casino. New plans are penny slots. What I truly wish they would do is get rid of the multi denoms that start at .01. Those people are on multi play for hours playing literally pennies and exhaust the machines. On VP same deal. Wish they eliminated the low denoms. Slots are crazy loud and most people crank up the volume. Good luck!
Why these Slot machines have to be 10 feet tall or taller and have 100 watt Marshall amps for sound, is beyond me. However, there is goid nees in Southern California as Oechanga is adding another 150+/- video poker machines to their casino, which already has approximately 300 video poker machines. I hope they put tgem in a designated video poker area (which they already have) but there’s still a few slot machines in that area, which I believe will be moved on out to accomodate the new machines. All of Pechanga’s machines have good pay tables for the most part. These machines will all go on line December 1st and I’ll definitely be there for that launch. I’ve also been old that they’re putting volume limiters on the Slots to “tone these things down”! I don’t mind the 5¢, 10¢, 25¢, & $1 denomination video poker machines, they’re mostly for senior citizens on a limited budget and they’re always full, but I’m glad to see them have a great time. The pay tables are great too on all those denominations too: 9/6 JoB, 8/5 BP, 9/6 DDB, 9/7 DB, 9/6 TDB, etc. Pechanga really cares about all their customers. It’s one of America’s finest casinos.🙏🏻🙏🏻😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Yes, our proximity to Vegas keeps our video poker offeeings very competitive. Also, the fact that, Buddy Frank, who used to be the director here for many years (now lives in Vegas and consults…I believe?) was a savvy video poker enthusiast and had a strong interest in keeping video poker a viable option for players. Look him up, you’ll find great articles or interviews of him on his philosophy towards video poker pay tables used in casinos. The roving security “droids” that they have here at Pechanga have names. One of them is named “Buddy” after Mr. Frank!🤣 Skip, who you know, plays in your area and flys down here to play all the time. If you run into him, ask him about the pay tables and he’ll tell you. Pala’s pay tables are even better than Pechanga’s!!! Have a great holiday season, Mark, to you and your family!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎

Of all the noisy machines, for me, the one that really drives me nuts is "Caveman Keno." Dear God in heaven...that stupidly loud and annoying pterodactyl screech makes me want to take a big, fat Louisville Slugger to that machine and put it out of everyone's misery...sheeesh!!

Early lessons improve our odds for getting future Royals!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Great video John. We hope you & Nimfa had a great Thanksgiving! Mark & Jo
Thank you, Mark. Yes, it was so much fun with Nimfa’s family all over at the house. We have an immense Island in the kitchen, and it was covered the length and breadth of it with everybody’s favorite dishes that each brought to the festive occasion. Plus we had an exquisite glazed ham to top everything off. You and Jo, would have fit right in. Had you been our neighbors here, we would have had you over! Many blessings to, you & Jo, my friend!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
@@johnsworldofvideopoker Thanks John. It sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving. I wish we were neighbors as it sounds like the four of us have a lot in common & we would have a good time enjoying each other's company. We are blessed to have married such great Phillipinas. Take care my friend & enjoy the upcoming Holiday. I will stay in touch.
Good session
Thamk you!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Hi John, great video! You had more flushes than I’ve ever seen lol
I know right?! My last video was running wild with Full Houses, this video was Flush city, let’s hope the next video is Quad crazy. Then we’ll go nuts with the Royals!😂🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎

Fun to watch. I wear ear plugs when around those machines. Mike.
Thank you, Mike. I have a friend who wears his ear plugs from work around those machines!😝 Which, when you think about it, should be unecessary in a casino. Blasting all those machines at full volume should not be allowed by management.😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Sometimes I politely ask them to turn volume down. They don’t know there is a volume switch. Mike.
That’s a good idea! The machnes should have an auto-reset or default setting on them once a player leaves the machine. It’s so over-the-top that these machines blast away like that!😂🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
John, I hope to see some new videos coming form you soon. We miss you.
Thank you! I tried to launch a completed video this morning but ran into technical difficulties, hopefully, the technical glitch will be resolved by tomorrow morning. Thank you, for your patience.🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
2s wouldn’t come through- next session for sure.
I want a guarantee!🤔😝🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
John when they start playing Monty Python: “Run away, run away, run away!”
There’s at least 4-8 of those machines, not to mention, Drop & Lock, Epic Fortunes, and Buffalo Gold. When that room is full of Slot players playing, all yhe machines are at full blast and it’s enough to cause a headache. That’s when I head to the other video poker section near Bamboo. Pechanga is going to add close to another 150 video poker machines to the casino on December 1st. Hopefully they create a “safe space” for video poker players!🤣🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Cleopatra keno can get pretty loud when it goes into the "free game" mode.
🤣Oh yeah, that’s right!!! Been there, Done that!!!🤣🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Welcome to the usual world of three of a kind of John. Can’t wait for the next session… hope you had a happy Thanksgiving with your family.
Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving to you too. 3 of kind usually seem to be a little scarce to me, but lately Ai’ce been hitting a lot of those. Hopefully they convert to some Quads.😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
John, where are your new videos? I am having withdrawals! :)
Coming soon. Thank you for your patience, just clearing the runway on some minor technical issues at the moment. The best is yet to come in 2023!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas
Thank you so much and likewise to you and your family!♥️🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Happy belated Thanksgiving John!

hey john was wondering if all is ok you havent posted a video in quite some time
Thanks for asking. Everything is A-OK. Just finishing my 1st one up for 2023. Should launch tonight if there’s no technical problems. Thank you!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Good 👍 game john see you soon
Thank you, Roy. One of these sessions soon is gonna pop!🤣🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Good luck John!Up in Reno hitting it hard!
Thank you, Bill. Smack those machines well!😝🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Good morning Bill , how is the hunt?
I was just there today, I am with u on the noise level some have noise control now where people can’t put them on full blast.
That’s great news to hear about the noise controls. Pechanga is adding another 150+/- video poker machines on December 1st. Hopefully it’s a private area “just for video poker players”. Had you reached out to me, I would have come on over to Pechanga to meet you!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Wear some ear plugs which will help. Plus it help to tune in your other senses.
Yes, I see people wearing headphones too in the casinos more and more nowadays. Typically I go in earlier or later to avoid the peak hours, plus, I get more choices on machines. Thank you for your comments and your viewership!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
I just got my first 50k handpay I love your content the BONUS POKER KING
Awesome, Congratulations! What was it on $25 coin 9/6 DDB?🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
@@johnsworldofvideopoker exactly.... it dealt me 4 aces with the duece.... but it was 5 dollar denom betting 25 credits look at my you tube I posted a few hits from the last few trips I left out a few good ones as well it would be nice one day if I ran into you guys at the casino I enjoy your content actually I've learned alot from watching you I never used to hold 3 to the straight flush even if there were no gaps
Wow! That’s great way to hit a 50-Grander!!! I just subscribed!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Very nice 5’s.
Thank you, Linda. I’m just happy that the bankroll held the line. That was 20 minutes worth of shots at an $8,000 Royal for no charge. That is always a good thing! Thanks for watching!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
@@johnsworldofvideopoker your playing always inspires me.
Thank you. 8/5 Bonus Poker is a solid pay table that “delivers” rather consistently in my experiences with the game. Of course, there’s no guarantees, but among video poker games, it is a very noble game!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
its crazy how loud these new slot machines are they have a volume control its soooooo annoying the casinos need to turn them down
Yes! And I heard that management is taking steps to limit the volume level possible on those slot machines.😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
John, how much longer must we wait for a new upload? It's been way too long.:( :(:(
Thank you, and I appreciate the fact that I’ve been missed during my sabbatical away from John’s World of Video Poker. During my absence, I did hit an $8,000 Royal Flush 3 days before Christmas, got over the flu, celebrated the holidays, upgraded some equipment for the channel, and I'm nearly 90% finished on my next video. I’m also grateful for your patience while I've put into place various technical upgrades to increase the video production capabilities of my channel. With the improvements that I’ve made, I’ll be able to consistently produce higher quality content in greater quantities than was previously possible. I assure you that you won't be disappointed! Stay tuned the best of John’s World is about to be unleashed upon the world!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎😉
I've had good luck on the 2 end machines on the bank that are on the right when you come into that VP section.
I haven’t really tried those. The next time I’m there, I will give them a whirl.😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
John!! Don't do that! We sat through the session with you, at least give us the payout!! 😜
I was just paying tribute to Hollywood and their Saturday matinee serials that they featured during the 1930’s-1950’s which always ended with a cliffhanger so that the kids couldn’t wait until the following weekend to see how everything ends up.😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Nice session.
I hope to break even today as my local casino has a 10x point promotion today....and if you earn 60 points, you get free steak and lobster.
Wow! That Steak-n-Lobster promotion sounds great! Pechanga used to have a T-Bone steak night at their buffet as a promo as well, back in the day, and I rarely missed a chance to go there in those days. Knock’em out today, Kevin. Good times!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Did a little better than I hoped. Earned about 100 points which will turn into 1000 tomorrow, free steak and lobster, and made a few bucks...fun stuff!
Nice! Keep it up’😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Wish I could find 8/5 bonus poker here. The only 8/5 I came across start at $5. A little high for me☹️. Good luck🍀🍀
If you have 7/5 BP that will work too, Teresita. As long as it’s good everywhere else on the pay table (400/200/125/10). Good luck to you too!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Hope you and family had a nice Thanksgiving.
Thank you, Linda! All the best to you and yours on this Thanksgiving weekend!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Hi John, first comment and like, dumb luck just my recent sessions! lol, hope you had a nice Thanksgiving, I took a break last week, got some good sessions uploaded. 👍
Thank you! Please tell me the name of your channel, I’m subscribed but I can’t find it. Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes and I wish the same for you and your family! Cheers.🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
@@johnsworldofvideopoker Thanks my friend. My channel is just my name at the moment "T Gates", here a link to one of my last few sessions. I didn't want to disrespect you in any way by posting a link. Some other channels get upset.
th-cam.com/video/xRFBcpk0IkM/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for the link. Now, I see your channel.😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Of course it's loud, it's a casino, not a library. 😜
The Slot Players are cranking those things up past 11!😝 They’re louder than Jimi Hendrix’s Marshall amps at Woodstock! What I want to know is when are the 12 foot tall video poker machines coming out with bass boom boxes so I can rattle the casino to it’s core with the Royal Flush bass lines coming out at Max volume!😝🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
And zero sound is no good in my book too!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
John. Where are you???? And slotmassacre?
Hi Lisa,
Thanks for asking. The Best is yet to come from John’s World of Video Poker in 2023😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Sounds like you HATE Leno as much as I do!
@@johnsworldofvideopoker I wish we had those casinos here in the Chicago area. We have to fly to Vegas for that type of good paytables.
@@johnsworldofvideopoker Thanks John. I hope we run into Skip one day as I see him in your videos & he is from our area. I hope to meet up with you again next year as Jo & I will be in Vegas for our anniversary next April. Keep up the great work & say Hi to Nimfa Mark & Jo
Thank you, Mark & Jo. Mid to Late April is a splendid time to be in Vegas. Hopefully, Nimfa & I can make it there too! Take care.😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
That game at Max volume can try one's patience, that's for sure. Especially, if more than one of them is going-off at the same time.
What happened to you? Did you go broke?
Quite the contrary, but thanks for asking. I hit an $8,000 Royal Flush 3 days before Christmas, got over the flu, celebrated the holidays, upgraded some equipment for the channel, and I’m nearly 90% finished on my next video. I appreciate your patience while I’ve put into place various technical upgrades to increase the video production capabilities of my channel…..I assure you that you won’t be disappointed!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
