Had a wonderful time, as always. Super finds...love the embossed bottles. I also am fascinated by the brass door knob, cleaned up it would make a lovely incense holder. Ah, and sweet Boris, give him ear scratchies from his fan from the US!! Til next time, take care! xx ~Jen
I love seeing what you find! Awesome bottles, I love the little inkwell. And the pottery shards are awesome, they make my creative bone itch, lol! Thanks for taking us with you, and lovings to Boris!
oh wow you found so much... I didn't have my wellies when I was there in April so I just stayed at the beach picking up the seaglass that I found but I'm coming back in 10 days and I'm absolutely bringing my wellies so I can perhaps find some bottles just like you
The mudlarking gods were generous. With winter many a storm churning them shores here hoping the beaches keep giving revealing gems treasures in coming adventures. Thanks for tag along yous had some fun exercise interesting finds happy days take care cheers thanks many regards from Ireland 👍🇮🇪☘
I wanted to tell you that you can cut the tops off of certain broken bottles and make lovely candle holders or pen caddies or whatever you want to use them for. You preserve the bottle and make it useful too. Just an idea u can do with simple glass cutting saw or even hand cutters although it would be much more difficult.
For all that schlinky welly boot deep mud walking, I wondered if snow shoes may help the stroll? Maybe with a sheet of polythene /plastic to prevent mud from squeezing through?
Some great bottles as usual. You would love some of the beaches we go to if you like china! I have to be strong and only take ones with little pictures on haha :)
Love your expeditions! So fun when Boris makes a find!💕

So happy to see you three back out on the Firth of Forth. Lovely finds as always. A pleasure to go with you, squelching through the mud.
Always look forward to your videos... Thank you for sharing and give Boris a scritch behind his ears for me!

Cutting the broken bottles is an idea, we have thought about and it may be something we do in the future... :)
