Pão Recheado com Camarão - Portuguese Stuffed Bread Loaf with Shrimps

This Portuguese stuffed bread with bacon, shrimp, onion, garlic and fresh coriander
(pão recheado com camarão) makes a great entree.

👉🏼 INGREDIENTS
ca. 800g of bread loaf ( compact grain wheat)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
450g of shrimps (fresh or frozen)
200g of chopped bacon
200ml of liquid cream
120g of grated cheese
2 ssp of chopped coriander
some pepper
some salt (If you like! But the chopped bacon is already very salty)
Oven: 180°C / about 30 minutes
