As Waianae boy who lived in Osaka for 7 years it’s almost my first home in many ways. Miss it and glad you guys got get in a lot of the major areas of Kansai. Just gotta hit the Kobe side for the trifecta. You got Kyoto and Nara catch Kobe to finalize the Kansai triangle. I got bit by the dear on stomach so not sure if it’s better then getting nipped it in the butt. Also the fingers and many items online are nearly impossible to find there are so many mom and pop small businesses and the distribution and manufacturing are limited. As Americans we take for granted of these things. There are only a few brands of each item. Sour cream and cottage cheese is impossible to find for instance. That’s the negative side of living there.
