Granby roll that most folk-style wrestlers in exotic places (LOL) like Pennsylvania learn before their twelfth birthday. Jones knows it too - he wrestled at Union Endicott New York high school… a very strong program in the 90’s and earlier.. similar to PA. schools.
It's a routine technique, and Jones didn't try to stop it, which is why Ryan was successful with it.

However, it is performed by two men who are chemically enhanced beyond reasonable human expectations (honesty, they probably cleared those expectations without the drugs).
Still, while it's a heightened demonstration, it's still an exceptional example
