She looks very good on that new body, she's beautiful 😍 but isn't a good idea to put plastic pellets directly inside the limbs, the vinyl aren't compatible and can have a reaction depending of the vinyl, only glass beads are recommended to weight the limbs. Plastic pellets are meant to use only inside the patyhose for the head and body. Good luck dolly friend.

Yes it is. It's a "drain weasel". I won't remember that 😆. I've been calling it a drain thingy. My son got it at Lowes and I stole it from him because it made a great poly fil catcher thingy.
