    Question please 🙏
    If I want to try this with my vanilla cake that doesn't call for buttermilk(for personal experiment) do I need to add the actual measurements of vinegar the recipe calls for or subtract the one I use in making the buttermilk then add the remaining to my bater?

    • @OluchiImoh
      @OluchiImoh  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You're most welcome Juliet!
      You'd consider them as two separate things or processes. So make your buttermilk using the vinegar and if there's still vinegar in the Cake recipe, go ahead and add that as well in the actual quantity required.

    Good day ma'am, Before finding this video I had already used a recipe that called for two tablespoons of vinegar and one cup of milk. The problem though is that it's been almost one hour and nothing has changed😭😭... Can it take this long? Is it still amendable or have I completely botched it?🥲

      Hiya, Good day.
      Sorry about that.
      No, you haven't. The issue is most likely that the vinegar is not effective because for you to have used two tablespoons and nothing has changed, something's wrong.

      @@OluchiImoh please how do I fix it? Do I add more milk? Or add more vinegar?? Cause it's been hours

      @@toniloba14 The vinegar obviously isn't effective so you'd need to get another that's of higher quality.

      Hello Ijeoma, I'm not so sure.
      The one I use is just called cider vinegar.
