Hi, is it best to use flex pipe vs swing pipe? The flex pipe seems less strong than the swing pipe; however, the swing pipe has a lower psi rating than the flex pipe. What are your thought? Can either be used? I was thinking of adding another sprinkler head 10’ away. Thanks
The prefabricated swing joints are more rigid, and seem to break at the 90s. I alway used them because of the convenience.....but after using the flex pipe and making my own risers....I am sold. Plus, you can run it all over. Obviously you must consider friction loss over a distance....but ten feet, I would use the flex pipe and the little blue or black barbed fittings. Thanks for asking
