- This week I am using @Amy Howard color of the month "Mejesty" to create this beautiful French provincial dresser! I also will give you some tips on how I found it best to blend this paint for some added depth. Topped off with gold, this dresser makeover is a beauty!

Very beautiful, and yes Her Majesty is how she looks. Pretty, pretty, plum, purpley, dusty pinky purple, perfect. She would look gorgeous in my bed room. But that would be a long trip to Australia so I hope her new owner enjoys!!! 👩🏻🎨💙🎨🐨🇦🇺

You are so nice and I appreciate the way you explain clearly how to do it. I love your work of art too, i have a question, i just did my first project. I purchased small dresser/desk. I sanded the top and I stained it, the body I used Linen white chalk paint. My question is, i think i did a bad mistake, to seal the color I used Shellac . It looks great on the black I used only for the top of the dresser but when I used to the body which is white, oh my goodness let a little bit of yellow behind. I was oh noooo 😭. Well I dont know what to do, to leave it like that or take it out. My mistake. Question, the I have to used white sealer?

@@trinityespejo119 Oh boy, I can imagine how it looks Shellac is very yellow sealer. You can paint over it and use clear wax for protection so you won't have any problem with yellowing.

Glad to have seen you use Amy Howard paints. That is the first one I ever tried and I was so pleased but I thought I was missing out. So I experimented with some other popular brands. But imho nothing is comparable if you like a smooth finish and less prep. Love the purple guess I’m going to join the color of the month club! 😉
