Every time she called him on the cell phone to check on his whereabouts he would never return her call. The program chair actually had to teach the parent how to text message and the second she did that, her son immediately responded. Our dependence on technology has caused us to lose the art of face-to-face verbal communication and conversation - whether its parent to child, husband to wife or a single man to a single woman. Today's "tactics" are just that...tactics to an end goal which is dating or bedding her, and not communicating through conversations to generally get to know each other.

Most employees can easily be replaced with little consequences to the company, but if you keep someone around who there are accusations against, there could possibly be a lawsuit in the future and the company could be held responsible for not taking enough action.
