      Females deny cheating a lot more than males realize. Some give oral sex to another man and say it's not cheating but if she finds out he gets only oral sex from another woman it's cheated. Another thing cheating females deny is if she didn't enjoy the sex, she says it doesn't count. Another is if they are getting gifts for sex or oral sex it doesn't count. Or if it was too quick for her. Or if it's more than 1 person. Or I've seen females allowing other males to touch or finger them and say not cheating. But as a man, if she is even flirting with anyone else it's cheating because that's how it often starts and a disrespectful act to you

      These ideas though common, are just an in general rule of how men and women respond to cheating. It's not the rule, it's not 100%.
      We are hardwired by two things, basic instincts/survival, and upbringing/life experiences. Depending on a woman's life experience she just might take that forgiveness as a value. It's easy to parrot these generic ideas instead of thinking for yourself, or truly understanding your partner instead of assuming your partner will react within these generic ideas.

      Except she doesn’t speak for all women. She is from the Middle East and has a very antiquated perspective and perception about women. Some of the things she says is true, but often times her opinion is accompanied by a misogynistic slant. Maybe that’s how women are over there, but that’s not the norm here in the US.

      @@transphotography please give an example of her being misogynistic?

    • @transphotography
      @transphotography 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@artistocratempire405 I think we can agree that almost 100% of the time, both parties are at fault for things that go wrong in a relationship to varying degrees. Saying that women who cheat are an evil subset of women while men can compartmentalize their feelings and still love their wives even though they cheat is utterly misogynistic. Men and women cheat for the same reasons, but men also cheat for additional reasons that may not extend to a desired dissolution of marriage, because he may conclude that his wife is still “good for something”, which is even worse if you think about it.
      Both sexes cheat because they are fulfilling a desire that is not being met in the marriage. I mostly agree with the beginning, when she said that usually it’s over for the woman when she cheats. I do not, however, agree with the characterization of those women being evil while the men are just dicking around with golden hearts. There’s a lot more gray area that she is discounting for one sex but not the other.

    • @transphotography
      @transphotography 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      And if you’re saying that men can truly still love their wives while cheating on them with other women, then the capacity for selfishness from a man is astoundingly greater than that of a woman. In the end, in terms of selfishness, we are more alike than most people realize, and agree that gender roles means that we bring different contributions to the relationship. It is actually the men who claim to love their wives but cheat on them who are the worst of all.

    I definitely agree with this! I have been in three long-term relationships since I was 16. And I have never cheated. The reason why I have never cheated is because for me to be able to experienced any type of intimacy with a man outside of the man that I’m in a relationship with then it is because I am not in love with the man that I’m in a relationship with. If I was ever in a position where I was able to cheat, I could not continue to be with the man, I am in a relationship with. I have never cheated because don’t believe in disrespecting a person that way, but if I were able or willing to do that, there is no way I could be in love with the man. I’m in a relationship with.

    When they say a woman knows how to cheat, I laughed. Fellas if you are aware, you will notice a slight change of pattern on their end. Once you notice, just know another guy is in the background. Leave her and never turn back. When a woman truly loves a man she will treat him like a king and cling on to him cause she fears losing him. I been through both types of women and I just experienced how a woman would treat a man they really want. I now know what I want and I just stay single until another woman treats me that way.

      the woman being a people pleaser and having an anxious attachment (constant fear of loss) style doesn't necessarily mean she is so in love and fine in the relationship and not cheating and also a woman who might have a change of pattern or become withdrawn also doesn't mean she is cheating and there is another man in the picture. as an example manipulative gold diggers will love bomb you and fear losing you while they have few others who they are treating like a king on the side, and change in a pattern could mean a thousand different thing specially in a woman, it could be hormonal, it could be psychological or emotional, it could be physical like feeling uncomfortable or insecure in her body. women are a lot more complicated than that.

    I think children should be mentioned in this discussion.
    The kids who lie in bed in the dark listening to the screaming and shouting. The kids who witness the physical violence between their parents when one finds out. And have to pull them apart.
    The kids trapped in the back seat of the car, as their parents vent their anger on each other, and can feel something dying inside them as they cry.

      Pre- vs Post- actual cheating.
      Pre-cheating (or rather, while there's something left to save) , you'd expect there to be a possibility to resolve issues. Help to identify the actual issues and how to address them would be of value.
      Afterwards? Once "a line has been crossed" for either or both partners, it's no longer about resolvable problems.

    The gentleman seems like his disagreeing with the lady only for the sake of disagreeing, if he is a professional in this field I fear for his male clients
    As a man who has been through such an experience before (forgiving and women after she cheated, she did it again with someone else)what I agree with is what the lady said and the day I grew a pair and accepted that I deserve better is the day I earned my respect from that person who cheated on me, five years later two children and failed relationships back to back she is calling me and asking me do I ever think about where we would be if we had tried to make it work 😂😂😂

    As a man that's been through the situation they are discussing, I can confirm that Sadia is right on this one, once my ex wife cheated the first time, we tried and she made all the promises, but she repeatedly did it until she left as Sadia describes... How she describes women in this scenario is exactly what I experienced.
    I learned a lot and if in the same situation arose again, would walk away at the first sign, so if a woman opened the door in any kind of way, texting, flirting, changing routine then I would walk regardless of how I felt as I know what is coming, once a woman opens the door to another connection its almost impossible to come back from that...

    She is right here.
    This is why when a woman plans to leave, if the man chases and apologies, forgives her bad behaviour, it pushes her away further. If he doesn't give her space to miss him, she'll leave anyway. She'll see he isn't the strong man she is atttacted to who will protect her. So by chasing her, it does and will make the woman less attractive to him, lose respect for him. Matt here is talking Idealistically not realistically. Once a woman is emotionally detached, there is absolutely nothing you can do to change her mind. By doing what Matt suggests only confirms her decision to leave.
    So when men are fully dependent on themselves, run their own lives with a woman as an option whereby he can replace, the woman will fear losing him. A woman in fear of losing her man will by a loyal woman. A woman who isn't afraid of losing her man, will walk at any given opportunity. So if a woman says i don't need you, but i choose to be with you... Don't take her seriously or walk away asap.
    Also a man who is afraid to lose his woman will always act famine, express high emotion which at first may look cute to a woman but soon becomes icky.
    These are the facts.

She prefers abuse to kindness, and constantly tested me to see if I had a mean streak, and when I didn’t she left me. I agree with Matt, I believe strongly that Sadia seemed to have stereotyped women based on What she has experienced only which are not thousands of women but very few in the population. Sadia is basing her insights on religious believe rather than truth.

    I’ve been a private eye 27 years every time a woman comes to me to ask me to go look at their husband 70% of them are cheating on their husband even though they hire me to look at their husband because they want to find a dirt on their husband to justify their actions. And if you guys ask, how would I know this by me keeping an eye on the husband I get to observe the wife as well too even though that’s my intention.

    If you’re watching this for answers, they’ve got you right where they want you. Stop caring. Realize this is a dead end road and waste of time. Start taking care of number one.( YOU) practice self love. Don’t look for anything outside yourself.
    If you’re like me you were raised to love , and respect women. You were taught that love and marriage was a JOINT effort and that you EQUALLY were responsible for the relationship. Then after you gave EVERYTHING , she found something better. She Spit in your face, humiliated you and left you for dead. Your mutual friends, the church, her family, and friends, cheered her on and told her she deserved everything she wanted. Of coarse you can’t do all that and look innocent , without smearing the man who sacrificed for you, your family and closest friends. Now your marriage, your family, half your wealth and your integrity are gone. You finally start to see the big picture. Save yourself the heartache and heed my advice. It’s not worth bullsh*t 🤟

    I love Sadia's clarity and experience in shorting such out. I love listening to her, because I thoroughly enjoy the experience of learning something that I may have seen many times before, but never recognized. Yet, it's almost not worth it to have to listen to Matthew Hussey. He is immature in his view, and too emotionally connected to what he wants. Worse, his expertise has not yet led him to collate his surmise into a usable tool. Very frustrating to me, that his whole thought process is so... mushy... that I quickly lost the patience to wait for him to figure this all out. He is too filled with the need to protect his ideal woman.

  • @Locksden
    @Locksden 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

    Matthew Hussey seems like a guy who can speak truth to women and *never* hear "I accept the truth and relevance of what you said, but I'll ignore it because I don't like *how* you said it". A skill that must be extremely valuable in his professional life.
    And perhaps an indicator to why he kept reframing back to recoverable situations and redeemable individuals.
    I didn't think he was _wrong_ at any point, just off topic. It would be interesting to see more, but IMO he should prepare better next time.

    So true. Women do not respect men who cannot or will not set boundaries, even with them, because then she cannot trust him to lead. This man will not be able to father her children in a way she is proud of and he will lead their family into a situation she does not want to be in. Having said that, her choice to cheat instead of communicate is a huge lack of self-respect on her part. Therefore, it appears as if the issue is ultimately about respect, not kindness. Point, Sadia.

      @@katya4762 there's no contention on whether we crave connection, but argument is whether one should outsource that connection while in a relationship.

    I agree with her based on personal experience and some of my friend’s experience. My first wife cheated and I did my best to forgive, but it only lasted until she cheated again.
    She is holding women accountable based on what she’s saying, he is making excuses and saying it’s the man’s fault.
    The cheater is always wrong, regardless of man or woman. If you are unhappy, be fair and leave.

    Sadia dropping truth bombs. At the minimum, there needs to be separation if there was cheating. Some months apart gives clarity to both parties. We can be too quick to seek a return to "normalcy."

    A relationship specifically marriage, is akin to a 3 stranded rope, once that central strand unravels (central strand = respect), it's over. You can patch it up with counselling, shower it with gifts, lock yourselves up in a room for weeks! It will never mend.

    He has a point. There are lots of women for example whose husbands are in a different country working, what would they do if they have cravings and there’s temptation all around them? Not to justify cheating but in that case, the cheating is not about lack of respect

    As a man I will not feel comfortable knowing my wife or girlfriend cheated and not be bothered. I will forgive her, BUT the relationship is over absolutely over 💯. Why I say that not because of my ego it's a spiritual thing her and that guy she cheated with had a spiritual entanglement once they had sex that will not stop.

    • @trinityp8575

      People have to really open their eyes on this… sex creates energetic bonds and it’s so much more than a physical act.
      For the same reasons I would not be able to stay with that person let alone be intimate with him, if he cheated.

    If a woman cheats, she doesn't want her man anymore from a loving perspective. If a man cheats, he doesn't want his woman anymore from a sexual perspective. The fact is, if you are a good respectful person, you will mention your dissatisfaction to your partner and probably not cheat (or end the relationship before cheating).
