I literally had a driver steal from me recent. $1500 phone. And again with a $400 steam deck. They dropped it off and took the photo of it at my door and then left with the package. I was home and waiting for it so I immediately got the text saying it was delivered, hopped in my car and chased them down, I confronted the driver on the road about 8 blocks down and he said he had no packages for me today. I was like ok so you have no packages and you didn’t just deliver one??? He said no. I was like ok whatever went home. He turned around and came in my direction too, turned on my street and passed my house as I was opening & turned on the next street, a minute later he turned on my street again and said “hey I’m sorry I dd have a package for you after all, my mistake, and he handed it to me at the street” I said don’t you want to take a picture, it shows up as delivered at the door…y less you can use the picture from earlier when you definitely didn’t come to my porch and all” and he just got in his truck all embarrassed. He is so lucky I was home and got on his ass about it so fast that he was able to fix it so close to when he stole it If he had waited longer his gps and such would have exposed him, and he’d have been arrested for sure
I doubt they stealing your stuff tbh, sometimes it does happen but that’s very few and far in between. More often than not the packages aren’t wrapped well and get damaged during transport.
Ups is still better than FedEx & the Post Office sadly. We have few options UPS hub "lost" a $800 Sunex 3/4" impact socket set too. Shout out to Sunex for taking care of that problem
The last guy pit somebody over the post office that has gobs of stock in ups and fedx. Watch for deliveries through those two that was actually delivered through the usps. So we're paying them twice!

Its not the driver or UPS. Amazon gets angry when their package doesnt get delivered, broken missing or not. So instead of returning it like delivery drivers should, they have to do the whole song and dance of delivering a piece of empty plastic and make you ask for a refund. Blame amazon and their stupid priorities.
