    I've built about 20 keyboards in the past 2 years, and the Bubble is the one I go back to the most (typing on it right now). It has the perfect gasket implementation along with just the right flex cuts on the PCB and plate. It's bouncy without being fatiguing and has the perfect layout. ABS keycaps really sing on it. A+ keyboard.

    Nice work on your build! I always thought I would be done after getting my first premium aluminum build. Now multiple rectangles later, it’s just simply being able to build for friends and fam is my favorite way to enjoy the hobby now!

    Beaeutiful build Florian! I love the contrast with e-white and dark keycaps!
    I love the fact that endgame for you is not a super duper premium priced Singa, Keycult or something else.
    What keycaps GBs have you entered? :D

    The endgame is when your pocket is empty. :)
    Bubble 75 sounds nice, I just wish the bottom logo would look nicer.
    In my opinion, so far qk65 is still the best endgame keyboard on a budget.

    I think you should add a couple of cushions for the Bubble75. It has so much foam, the cushions would make it a complete sofa!

    the only thing i would do different is mount the gaskets on the case itself. If you did that you could switch plates easily. Now if u want to switch the plate you will need new gaskets :)

    Dos ur bubble 75 show on V/A program when you connect to the pc?

      Hi! You have to go to this link here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1A8aYsTLM3MYRjqdbAPIx6htF8A-q-KTR you can also find this link in the Velocifire discord. And here you have to download the bubble75.json
      Now open VIA and go to file in the upper left corner and click on import keymap, select the just downloaded file, and here you go! Let me know if it worked! :)

      Idk to be honest. But the Bubble was a group buy and is older. Maybe production quality. They also look quite different. Could be a lot of reasons. But we can agree that the Bubble75 is way too expensive for a keyboard 😅

    I am writing this to comment on the fact that people differ in their aspirations, and to ask one question at the end. I am considering making a mechanical keyboard for my office desktop machine, which is why I watched this video, and a previous one about making an ISO keyboard. This upcoming keyboard will have to fulfill other goals than what you have achieved with your Bubble 75. First , I need/ use six different computers in my daily life: in a server room, attached to tools in my workshop, on a home theatre in the living room, on an office desktop, etc. All of these use ISO Nordic keyboards, except my ANSI Nordic laptop. It is a hassle going from ISO to ANSI. So, in addition to making a mechanical keyboard for the fun of it, I will be buying another laptop with an ISO keyboard, despite the fact that my laptop is just 3 years old. Of course, I could change my mind and decide to use this new keyboard in the workshop. There, I would only want to use tactile keys, because it is necessary to wear ear protection when typing, so clicky keys would serve no purpose. Yet, despite hearing protection, because I have so much noise in my life, I want to eliminate as much noise as possible, elsewhere. I also want an ergonomic mechanical keyboard. My membrane based, Logitech Ergo K860 is ISO based, as is the Logitech G213 gaming keyboard currently used with a CNC controller, not to mention the Logitech K400+ used with the home theatre system. The question, what ISO based ergonomic keyboard kits/ components do people recommend?

    • @floriangladis
      @floriangladis  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      tuff question and I am afraid that I can't give you a good answer to it. You should create an account on discord and join various keyboard-related discords servers by OwLab, QwertyKeys, candykeys.com, or mykeyboards.eu! There are channels where you can post the same questions and many people that will probably help you out! :) I have not that much knowledge of ergonomic mechanical keyboards myself, but I would assume to find one with ISO is probably a hard task. Anyways the keyboard community on these discord servers will probably help you out and is your best chance to find a proper keyboard for you :D

    I personally don't believe there's such a thing as an endgame keyboard, there's always the chance you'll find something else you have to have. Either way, this is a very cool board and I think it sounds fantastic. If I were to build something like this the only thing I would do differently is put a Black cherry pie in the spacebar
