I don't get this, 3:50, 🤔 it seems the axe of the router bit or the bit itself should be too long to route after the 2nd o 3rd piece of mdf if they are glued one after another using the previous as a template. Instead of shaping piece after piece with the same ¼ inch template but double sticking it successively to each mdf piece, and finally, then do glue them together. You almost need a giraffe's neck bit!
