I love ESAM's respect for Marss. I also love WaDi's disrespect for Marss as well.
As much as I think mastering joker would be the best thing marss could do competitively I fucking love watching his ZSS. Especially when he’s playing hot and I feel like for marss there’s a big difference when he’s playing hot vs when he’s not.

Great to see Marss win, and it’s also nice to see representation from Bayo (I hate the character but she’s much more interesting in Ultinate because she isn’t broken). Best part of the Panda Cup was Hbox though lol

As someone who only played Smash4 before I understood the game, I never dealt with Bayo so I think the combos are really cool.

At this point I don't think wadi is ever gonna win a major. He hops around mains too much. If he wasn't bored of rob he would have mastered him enough to win by now. Like what even is his main right now. It's multiple choice.

@@casual_ssb3282 I just want him to win he's my favorite. And I can tell it bothers him. If he would stick to a character to grind he would be more successful. All I want is to see Wadi on top.
@@Williplier something I think that needs to be considered is why you love him. I personally love him because he prioritizes his own fun and enjoyment by hopping around mains and playing characters that he finds fun instead of sticking to a single character and grinding them out like so many other competitors do. Yes, that is not the most optimal strategy, and it definitely hinders him in tournaments, but I think if he tried to do the same thing that everybody else does, he wouldn’t be the Wadi we know and love. If he wins a major, he is going to do it his way, and I look forward to that day

Sometimes it’s about mindset. If a player isn’t having fun with 1 character or is wanting to play another, that defintely will not help them win. (And I don’t think it’s your place to be commenting on why an amazing player isn’t winning)

It's almost 2023. Can we stop comparing characters to their 'smash 4 counterparts'
Yeah, it's not particularly helpful to compare anybody to their versions from a game that's been dead for 4 years now. Bayo's pretty much the only character that I can even halfway understand bringing this up about though just because she literally killed that game from how dumb she was. I still think it's a dead topic though tbh.

Dang, esam seemed really salty about losing to Marss lol
It’s cause he manages to lose to marss in bracket the majority of the time. It frustrates him cause he knows pikachu wins the match up and also probably has something to do with the difference in the way they play and practice the game. Marss being heavy on neutral, advantage, and hard reads. On the other side of it Esam is the guy that spends hours in the lab mastering his character. So his combos and damage output are always more optimal than Marss. It’s wild too cause I’m pretty sure Esam has a winning record against Mkleo in ultimate.
They’ve played 9 times in bracket and marss has won 8 of those times.
what zss tech is marss missing mr loses a +2 matchup 8 times in a row
Wadi down throw to up tilt to up air or up shouldn't be a thing. just saying since zss takes 1000% skill she just sux the player carries her. and zss doesn't cheese stocks like WFT, mewtwo, and rob
