This channel and tutorial is amazing. I struggle to try anything in skating beyond flip tricks, and I really want to learn ledge stuff. I have a lot of built-up fear, but after watching this, for the first time in a while - I genuinely feel like it's possible for me to learn this. I've subscribed. Are you poping your Ollie on the tall one with your foot on the nose? I feel that i kinda slappie taller ledges and not really get that crisp squair ollie into them
Awesome teaching skills, lad. I would like to comment that I'm struggling to master this one because it feels like my foot positioning isn't quite adjusted when sliding the ledge. It's always like I'm placing my foot to close to the bottom of the nose instead of filling the whole nose area, do u know what I mean ? Don't know how to adjust that
Maybe you're trying to ollie with your foot too low on the board and it's not making it high enough. Try putting your foot closer to the nose before you pop.
I dont think anyone will see this, but if you dont have a park next to you with a ledge like that, you could always use a high curb if its painted and/or has wax. Also, always ask permission for whoever owns that curb before doing it, and bring a spraypaint bottle with the color of the curb incase you chip any paint off.
Can you do a kickflip vid ? Can sometimes land with front foot but never back foot. and sometimes I’m flipping it double not meaning to . Love ur content

My foot is probably on the bottom bolts below the nose, not on the nose

Try and rotate more than it feels comfortable to before you pop.
