  • Past Imperator Ralph Lewis wrote, “Each day we intentionally, or indifferently, sow a seed. These seeds are our daily thoughts and actions. Nature nurtures them alike. Time will reveal their harvest. Will it be what we sought from life?” In this video, Grand Master Julie Scott leads us in exploring some of the science behind how the thoughts that we hold create the lives that we live and in planting some seeds for more joy, health, and ease in our lives.

There is a book I read when I was 22 years old called "WHAT YOU THINK OF ME IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS" I LIVE BY THOSE THOUGHTS! I suggest that all people do the same thing.

I’ve also noticed that as well Julie Scott , in our social system there’s a clear power structure within politics especially.
The majority of leaders are white men & usually older white men at that.
Our external identifications has really taken a toll on the Average person, if you’re not Consciously and mindfully living you’ll get caught up in the daily negative emotions of the Material self.
My name is Brandon because it’s the name I was given at birth to identify me , along with a social security number. But we all know we are really more than our Names & given identification numbers by government.
May we all continue to strive towards Light of Divine wisdom ✨ 🕊 Peace profound.

As a 30 year old white male , the only privilege I’ve ever had was from hard work and creating chemistry with others. I think it’s classism privilege and not skin tone privilege.

    • @brandonhorsford
      @brandonhorsford 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

In classism , there is racism.
They’ll be no chance to create good chemistry because once you look different/ culture . then the attitude towards you isn’t quite welcoming.
I’m a black 28 year old man I’ve never experienced racism to my face just over the internet but I’m very aware that others experience it.
A woman just called a black cashier the N word because she wasn’t wearing a mask and he refused to serve her , policy backed him up and she’s now banned.

@@brandonhorsford There's people born with no legs-toughen up. I'm also black but I've only ever felt pity for those that are unfortunate enough to be burdened with a racist mind.

Same here. Only in reverse. Everyone always hated me and shut me down because I didn't fit in. Plenty of people who looked less like the standard got on fine.

The placebo effect: how I got cancer ( AML leukemia) and survived it.
I was watching tv one day and about every other commercial spoke of cancer. I began thinking to myself what it would feel like to experience going through cancer ,from being told that I had it to being in the hospital and then surviving it. I remember having a warm feeling from the heart while thinking this. I had only experienced being around to people with cancer in my life at the time do you want to guess what type of cancer they had?
Within a months time my life had shifted where I ended up staying in a mouldy house where I got deathly ill with pneumonia, that's when I learned that my white blood cells had dropped and I had no immune system. Come to learn that it was a blood cancer and the time if I hadn't of gotten sick and found it I would have died within 2 months. It took 5 months of living in the hospital where I knew without worry that I was going to be just fine I could feel it from within and I had some how known that I just needed to believe that without speaking of it out loud.
    That was 5 yrs ago.
The image that I seen when asking about the freshly tilled Garden and the label one the Shelf wrote elevate, and when I went to plant the seed I was given a image of myself stepping into the soft soil barefooted and was able to feel it, when a burst of rainbows colored lights shut up and out of my entire body in the shape of a tree that spread across the entire world.
When asked who was there, it was everyone, ppl as far as I could imagine to see.
When asked how I felt about it, I was at center stage with others that helped me get there looking out at everyone in the world looking back at me as I fell in disbelief, happy over something that had been brought together.
That was almost unbelievable coming from me because I'm just one man and his dogs.
But a lot as come to me that I can't explain simply that I can see in life.

Wow this is really good. The image below change. I could subtly detect even the colors of the spectrum of visible light. As light emanating from the sun reflects on moisture in the atmosphere above the desert at the bottom. Very Good insight.❤

So the brain adapts and adopts according to what it is experiencing whether it be light or thought directed at it. Others can influence how we adapt and what we adopt if we take on what they tell us. 🤔 I can see how this would apply in many situations.

A psychology study in a textbook I read was about the teachers. Teachers don’t just change body language. It’s not about oh the teacher now is supportive. It’s also the teacher expects or demands the student will do the homework. My mom was a school
Teacher and I had the expectation at home that I will get straight As. It’s not just about being supportive but the expectation and demands. Now if a student struggles and the teacher expects them to understand it maybe it’ll lead to the teacher having them stay after class for a minute to go over it. Maybe there is extra teaching.
But if the teacher doesn’t expect it or parents don’t expect it a lot of kids will say to heck with it. I knew kids that grew up in supportive families but their families didn’t demand that the kids get straight As so they didn’t.

There’s a reason that the Asian race demographically out earns everybody Including white people whom people say is an example of white privilege. It’s like Asian earn more on average and I really think it’s the example of culturally and socially they expect kids to do well. Other minorities aren’t earning way more than white people like Asians. I only mention white people cause they’re usually used as the bench mark or oh everyone should do as well as them and if you don’t there’s a problem. But really Asians show it’s like white people aren’t the bench mark but Asians are when it comes to school and earning.

As a white male that is straight I saw tons of discrimination. I didn’t see white male privilege in colleges.
I did see a professor tell a girl a few years younger than me to get a phd and they’d guarantee her a job! I told her she should get it in writing. The teacher was like okay. We interview 400 people for a position and only interview four. He’s like I guarantee well interview you. Like DEI or legal discrimination or affirmative action etc you may say is great. But there are examples like Thomas sowell that wrote a book as a black economist about how affirmative action is bad.
You mentioned expectations or the teachers body language. If you know you’re guaranteed a spot cause you’re a minority you might try less hard. It’s one interesting thing I saw with Asians as classmates. They told me their schooling and tests was all about scores. China does have different races but like if you go to college or not is about testing so in high school they stress a ton and then relax in college from what my Mongolian friend told me.
Idk but I have saw some cases of legal reverse discrimination which is interesting. It’s the opposite of what Martin Luther king said where he said he believes in a world where his kids are judged by the content of their character not the color of their skin. It’s like now 50 plus years later we’re literally judging based on skin.

Lots of people I know don’t expect sexual abuse to happen but they do expect the potential situation where a woman lies about the guy abusing her. That’s like a literal fear and mentioned a lot online.

That’s total BS. When the I applied to finance jobs women always got hired but men not always. Women always got the internship but not all men. Finance and accounting jobs are skewed towards women.
If you’re a trash collector sure the job is skewed towards men cause there’s no women applying

That’s Bs. My first year at college a Mexican friend of mine bragged how he statistically always had a better chance of getting a job or into med school. Ya as a white person my race has been rubbed in my face for a long long time. No one cares about merit.
