It seems that academically Shinomiya is a one trick pony, she can do maths in her head very quickly but that's it.
the world needs more shinomiya clips.
She excels in math though, so it's fine. www
She put her all upgrade points on math
She’s minmaxing lol
Sasuga arithmetic genius Runa! Salute to the JP bro who actually knows the etymology of 'breakfast'
the "go!" at the end is a cute mistake
better than my Japanese
Relatable, shinomiya is a fellow one trick pony who only aces in 1 subject
meet meat
its very hard tbh
English is my second language and I honestly never questioned it, I didn't even know it had a deeper meaning to it. But thinking about it now, calling a certain meal in a day 'Break Fast' does seem weird in hindsight.
I can relate with her since English is my second language. Break and fast combined to breakfast does mess with your brain a bit. In some way, its similar to how Kanji works sometimes.
To be fair, "breakfast" does have a meaning behind it.
"break" still mean breaking, take apart or interrupt
"fast" here actually means the "not eating", "fasting" is the now.
So "breakfast" mean you "break your fasting" by eating food in the morning
But yes, it is confusing when a word have completely different meanings

Damn never knew that. Been just forcing words into my brain in my whole life
Buta ni Shinju has come again, omg🥹
ill give her credit, she was pretty close with the festival sentence. she only messed up 2 words which is honestly better than some americans.. half our goddamn shitty country is illiterate nowadays thanks to tiktok and twitter
While not helping, i dont think u can blame Tik Tok and Twitter for schools lowering standards (because somehow it's racist to have an academic standard?) and parents not parenting
