Coming from Ableton I was worried the Bitwig sampler wouldn't be able to live up to my expectations... Boy was I wrong, I can do everything I'm used to doing in Live. As well as pull off a few new tricks.
@@AlexReidStudios I really have not used the bitwig sampler enough. I enjoy reason grain, but I now see that bitwig sampler could do most of, if not all, of the same, though in a very different way. I've been toying with emvoice, and I think smashing up the synthetic vocals in bitwig sampler could be a lot of fun.
I always like how the way you outline and explain stuff is detailed enough to be able to try to apply it to other daws or programs. also getting close to 2.5k i see
a serious problem with 'Sampler' is that it does not save the samples with the preset, that is to say that if for any reason you move the samples from your computer's hard drive, the presets will be unusable. too bad about that!

Great video! Sampler works really well for me(though I might be biased towards live's simpler :p) and I definitely need to experiment more with it.

That's "4-stage", is kinda like an envelope
