I just have to give it up to Mr. Bossio. I'm a Master Barber w/nearly 40 yrs. behind the chair. I teach as well and watching and listening to Chris teach/describe his methodology is truly beyond reproach. I really like this approach to fading. Flawless in my opinion.
You're not only the best barber because of your dope cuts, also because of your work ethic and humility bro you're truly inspiring. #householdname #Bossio
Chris Bossio what clippers would you recommend for home use? I cut my own hair only so I don't want to spend too much on clippers, I use the wahls color pro from wal mart right now but they feel different after each use Hope you respond
There are so many videos out there and this is by far one of the best cuts I've seen with a tutorial. I love how the hair falls so naturally and there's no parting or cowlick. I have watched it over and over and will be doing this cut on my husband since everything is closed right now due to COVID19. Thanks for sharing! Wish me luck!
I’ve been watching videos everyday to learn how to cut hair, Much respect for you to say that you’re not going to teach the shear techniques you learned from the hands on class because it wasn’t your material. Definitely going to subscribe.
I'm 7 months into Barber School. Which is really Beauty School, with about two weeks dedicated to actual Barbering and Theory. This channel and your videos have made my knowledge grow considerably. I thank you!
That's how I fade from top to bottom and I find it to be best. Great explanation. I was once told by a master barber my mentor that the less guards you use the cleaner the cut. From him I leaned a lot of free hand techniques
I've been cutting for about 2 months now and mannnn. Watching your videos was a sign from God. I see myself improving every cut, love this video I can't wait to try this technique very soon my G. I'm about to order the raise and shave gel 💯🤙🏽
Let me start out by saying I have no business cutting hair. I have zero training in scissor cuts and just a small amount of at-home clipper experience. However, these are COVID times, and I have a 7-year-old son... I want him to still have some swagger. Your video gave me some sort of framework for doing this kind of cut. Though my work is far from perfect, I think I managed to make my son look pretty dope for an amateur. Thank you! Keep up the awesome :)
Just subscribed. Thanks for the free content. I'm just starting out, I like your quick technique with no guidelines, nice and smooth result. Can't wait to practice on my son. Thanks bro.
I know that the you may not think you're the #1 barber in the world, (and I guess to be the best, you'd have to think you were not anyway, just to keep pushing yourself) but you may damn well be the best teacher on TH-cam. As a hairdresser of 24 years, as well as a barber, it really impresses me how much your scissor work and technique has improved massively. Not to mention the fact that you realise the benefits of good scissors (not something all barbers do!) I've always cut like that, but I'm coming from the other angle of trying to improve my barbering and get my clipper, line up and razor work somewhere at least close to your insanely good standard. Always a true ambassador and inspiration 🙏🔥🔥
This was very helpful. The husband said that this is the first time it actually looks faded. All of the other times it only looks like I did a 1 all the way up. 😂 thanks for the crash course. Love your work. 😍
Sick cut man, you been a inspiration to me bro, i think you are one of the best barbers here and thanks to you i been perfecting my cuts and have been getting a lot better. My hat goes off to you, mad respect and keep doing your thing man.
Man ive been a subscriber for a couple of years and im just getting back into the barber scene and just to get a refreshment in knowledge and what to expect, i feel i got that confidence once again by coming back and watching your videos!! Thanks for the vidzz Chris
I'm about to rewatch can this a bunch. Thanks, I enjoy the way you teach. I've been watching videos all day. I finally found one I can understand and learn from . Thank you again.
I really like the guard adjustments you do for blending. I’m gonna try that. I’ve always done shear over comb blend and thinning shear blends. This looks way faster, and more controlled.
I love part in the Russian vid where it says "#1 Barber in the world" - it reminds me of how every book that comes out is a "New York Times #1 Bestseller" or the latest movie is always "The #1 movie in America". Totally subjective but I'm glad they show you love lol. Your cuts are always on point though!
clean as usual ! i like the scissors work improvement...you learn quick..and your passion for the industry its huge......much love, respect and keep up the great work !
Great job man, i got the same shears! them scissors are real good i'm gonna make a few vids on my own and show you all some real cool tricks and techs.
But it's TRUE bro bro you are the best barber in the world.. you being humble adds to your Greatness and that's one of the reasons why people love you bro
Chris got a curly hair but jus a medium length think of trimming with a scissors n maybe abit of the machine on the side any video or how will the look be ???
I am not a professional, I cut my sons hair at home so i appreciate how detailed you are in your videos thanks for sharing 😊👍

Finally a barber who understands that leaving the front natural looks better for these haircuts. Cut looks awesome. You skilled.
You're not only the best barber because of your dope cuts, also because of your work ethic and humility bro you're truly inspiring. #householdname #Bossio
That course you did Bossio has taken your shear work to another level. This is such a fantastic cut! Smooth and nicely shaped to the client's head.

I live in a very small city in Brazil and your videos help me very professionally.
Mate that scissor technique helped a ridiculous amount! Keep it up bro, all the way from a small town call Middlesbrough in England!
Bruhhhh! You are definitely one of the best in the game.. That cut is perfection

I have to say thanks I used this technique of a fade today to get in to a barber shop :) and got the job!! Thanks 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Like how you blended down the fade with no lines it just came together
I also like the challenge that you give the viewer as you go through this cut.
This is how I first started/learning cutting hair, from bulk to bald, might try it here and there again, thanks for the inspiration Bro!

Wow! Awesome cut. I'm still working on my self fade. Very helpful video. Thanks.
Great work, the texture top looks awesome just mid video, even without products
I learned the blow drying technique with cubans down here in Miami FL. They always do it to check imperfections. Good work.
I am literally about to start training at an academy and this is the one thing I would like to master. I hope you do many more of these tutorials.
It's so much easier this way Chris to fade. Thank you so much for you're video. I like how you explain and show us every detail also. Thanks!
I really like the guard adjustments you do for blending. I’m gonna try that. I’ve always done shear over comb blend and thinning shear blends. This looks way faster, and more controlled.
Bossio, that promo was everything! I have much respect for your hustle.
Definitely going to give this way of fading a try

Shear cuts a hard to learn but the quality of the cut is much cleaner and it makes the client feel like they're getting a professional service.
Could you do more shear work videos, would really help out
Damn you stepped up your game! Scissor work and layering on point
