- New plastic model car kits from AMT Round 2, Revell and some models from the show tables. I'll do another video soon recounting what I saw, who I talked with and what I bought at the show. I wanted to get you all a quick video of the experience of the show.

Excited for the new Corrado, friend of mine owned one of those in college. Hope Revell also eventually brings out the DB5 in a normal version, non-007. I'd have been all over those Accurate Miniatures '63 Corvettes from Sebring, and all those forumla cars. So cool you got to see @NYSMODELING 's VW Beetle up close! Jealous. Hope you had a good time at the show, safe travels home.
I feel the same way. I’d buy both the Corrado and a non 007 version DB. Yes I got to hang out with Dylan for a while yesterday. He’s a good guy 👍
Definitely going to stock up on C8 Corvettes and a Corrado or 2 or 3 wouldn't hurt either. 😂

I was still asleep when you got in line. 😆 anyhow when i left the hotel and got in line it was only around the one corner and moved at a decent pace. Nice show coverage and i got a couple anime decal cars including the prius! 😆 i would like to see them come out with the 2020ish prius prime like what i drive . Anyhow glad you came and i got to meet you again. Take care and see you maybe next year. I might convince my wife to head up your way for a show.

the hellcat charger kit, the modern bronco ,the 71 charger, the 64 malibu , the 72 chevelle and the c8 corvette are the only ones of those new kits i am excited for and will definitely get a couple of each of cept the bronco which i would just get one of
though i am still waiting for the new trek kits round2 showed off at wonderfest 23 last june which is the polar lights Star Trek strange new worlds 1/1000 scale 18 inch long uss enterprise kit and the amt star trek lower decks 1/1400 scale 15.5 inch long uss cerritos kit
I’m not much of a Trekkie but they sound like good kits. I’ll be buying the hellcat and vette convertible myself.
Interesting to see how much 3D printing is replacing scratchbuilding in the hobby.
That’s the truth! Did you see the yellow trophy truck at the end of the video? That’s 3d printed!
@@ScaleModelExperiment yes that’s one of the ones I especially noticed. Were it a competitive event I wonder how judges would score it against it against a completely or largely scratchbuild model. That’s a debate for another time I guess, just the same as when resin cast parts first became available. Thanks for the video, I know I’ll never get to an event like this so it’s nice to see what they’re like.
@CycolacFan I strongly urge you to try to make it to a big show like this. So many like minded people all in one spot. It’s so inspiring👍
@ScaleModelExperiment I'd love to but I live outside the USA, it would cost me many hundreds of dollars in airfare. To say nothing of what it would cost to get anything I bought back home :-(
