      Yung supplements po na tablets wala pong lasa, makakadagdag lang ng sustansya pero hindi sarap. Siguro kung ang tinutukoy nyo na supplements eh chocolate or protein powder pwede.. Nilalgyan ko din minsan lalo na kung post ride drinks..

      Master ok din yan. Oatmeal is high in protein kapag recovery ginagawa ko din yan i just add protein powder kapag meron..

      ginagawa ko din ito minsan na recovery drink, I just add more fruits and remove the coffee.. If may protein powder nilalagyan ko din if wala peanut butter powder para less fat

      Its up to you po. Noong naka low carb diet ako naglalagay ako ng frozen berrys, chia seeds at cream high in fat diet low in carbs.. Yan po ang basic nasa diskarte nyo na po kung anong mga combinations ang gusto nyo gawin.

      Hahahah oo naibuga ko ung kape ko nung sinend sakin ni lorenz! Thanks nga pala. Buti nalang naibulong sakin nag PM na ung tropa ko from usa may plano ata mag pa CR. Napayuhan ko na panooring mabuti ung video. Ayun napansin nya and he is thankful ang pinakita ko sa kaniya ung original video mismo. Hindi ung sinend niyo para fair tayo ayun ng bioman hahaha.

      madalas sa bahay brewed coffee ako, I also use french press napakita ko na din sa ilang videos ko. This is alternative lalo na kung nagmamadai, sugar in the coffee will give extra carbs for energy bago ride.

      Ako po ang gamit ko noon 25. Simula ng mag road bike ako comming from mtb 25 na ang gamit ko. Hindi pa kasi ako nakagamit ng 28. Pero as of now sa aking new bike 26 naman ang nakalagay. Para sa akin lang naman kung di naman masyadong maraming lubak sa lugar mo ok na ung 25 kesa mag 28 ka

      Ok lang naman habaan mo nalang konti ang stem. Tapos kung kailangan mag step back ka ng seat post ok lang din. Dati ginamit ko din mtb ng tatayo 16” din 29er naman.. ayus lang un sir.. mas mataas pa din ako sayo ng konti..

      Ang problem kasi diyan sapagkakaalam ko sir kung malapad ung inner width ng rims na pang 29er baka di sya pwede.. siguro sir ang safe 700 x 28mm. Meron kasing mga 28er rims hanggang 35c lang

      Pwede din ingat lang sa pag blender kasi kapag mainit nagkakaroon ng pressure. Hawakan mabuti ang takip at gumamit ng basahan or towel.

      sir lalapot kasi sya, unti unting mag expand pa ung raw oatmeal.. Sir ang ginagawa ko sa kaniya noon.. Binabaon ko sya kapag may sasalihan akong event.. Sa sasakyan ko na siya iniinom.. Pero di ko pa na try na baunin mismo during ride. Kasi maaring mapanis eh.. Kung siguro after 2hrs iinumin mo na pwede naman siguro

      Milo pwede.. Kung ayw mo peanut butter pwede na di. Banana. Or lagyan mo nalang ng pasas. Basta sample lang naman po yan you can make your own kung ano ang paborito mo..
